I found a wooden piece in the kids meal from the chicken. I asked for brown rice but i got white rice full of bowl, and the other items were none to less, and the chips were soggy and the guacamole was so salty, wasted 40 dollars and i didnt get the refund from skip.

absolutely the worst chipotle experience by far. only three people working and a huge line up. I waited for 15mins just to order AND THERE WAS NO LETTUCE. Half the other staff were on break together sitting right in front of the counter, over looking everything and not caring. One worker was playing indian music on his phone so loud everyone in line could hear. Not to mention dirty rice scoops being reused, dirty knifes and cutting board was left with bits of chicken on counter for customers to see.

I really don’t know how this place continues to operate the same even when every single review has stated the same thing for months- the place is SO dirty, both in the dining area and the staff area. The staff look like they’re lost, dazed and miserable at all times. The lineup was going to the back of the store but do you think that would motivate them to work faster than turtles? Nope! Then they’ll give you the tiniest amount of protein possible because they’re clearly being told by management to give people as little as possible to save them money. Like what am I paying $14 for, rice? An inspector needs to visit this location ASAP cause I guarantee they’d be shut down. All the food was running low, the gauc had brown all over it and everything just screamed food poisoning. Save yourself and eat literally anywhere else possible.

I paid in cash and initially gave the cashier 10$, not knowing it would be more, so I then handed her a 20$ bill after she corrected me. With 30$ total now in her hand, she puts it all in the till, and gives me no change for my 16$ order. I argued with her about it and she ended up just giving me 5$ back :/ not awesome!

This location actually sucksAlways dirty food all over the place garbage everywhere I don’t think they’ve ever cared to clean. The workers today had no idea how to communicate with each other or customers in that matter or wrap any burritos i specifically told the lady that it’s ripped and food is falling out she said don’t worry it’s just soggy and I said no it’s open she didn’t want to make another or re wrap it. I seen her do the same thing to 3 ppl behind me. Highly recommend going to the GUILDFORD or FRASER HWY location they are busy for a reason as it’s clean and the workers know what they’re doing. At the same time it’s super hard to even understand anyone here. No care for food they just throw things into a burrito or bowl regardless if it’s the bottom of the container making it not edible . Totally disgusting and a horrible experience and it isn’t the first, multiple times coming to this place I have seen burritos and other types of food being dropped on the floor and still used. Btw I was right about my burrito having a rip it in now it’s a giant taco. Thanks for nothing I guess. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Get ur restaurant together if the owner is reading this there are multiple reviews with the same problems. It’s a joke at this point

I had a horrible experience at this chipotle. The store was extremely dirty. Garbage was left on tables and the counter they prepare food on was extremely dirty. You can see the back prep area and there were dirty dishes everywhere. Food spilled everywhere. The staff was scraping old rice and meat into my food because they had run out. I came home to a bowl full of old stale crunchy rice that wasnt edible anymore. The staff didn’t pay attention to my order. Instead of adding what i wanted the girl added the wrong thing and had to throw away and remake my order because I was not ok with her just scraping the ingredient out. The food and ingredients were all cold. The girl could not roll the burrito properly. I told her that the burrito is not properly closed however she didn’t listen. I came home to an open burrito. At that point it was just a giant taco not a burrito and was so difficult to eat. I had an absolutely horrible experience and will never come back to this location again. I would rather drive further for a better experience.
