I had an outstanding experience at Chipotle and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude from the staff. The team was extremely professional, friendly, and worked efficiently even though it was a busy time.
The food was absolutely amazing — everything tasted fresh, high-quality, and full of flavor. The ingredients were well-prepared, the portions were generous, and my order was made exactly the way I wanted. You can really tell they care about consistency and customer satisfaction.
What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The staff members were patient, respectful, and made sure every customer was taken care of quickly without feeling rushed. The restaurant was also very clean, organized, and had a great overall atmosphere.
A very special thanks to Anureet and Amanjot for their kindness, great customer service, and for making my visit such a positive one. Their hard work and friendly attitude truly stood out and made the experience even better.
Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious food and top-tier service. I will definitely be coming back again!

Good place for a Tex-Mex bite. The amount of protein and other ingredients served varies depending on who is behind the counter which is sometimes disappointing, however the flavors are always good and the choices for Tabasco sauces is typically good (sometimes not kept up by staff eg. collecting bottles from empty tables or replacing empties in a timely fashion) I really like the lemonades available, they're always a unique flavor treat. Tables aren't often cleaned quickly by staff if they are left in a messy state which is annoying to me. All of these comments apply to all Chipotle restaurants in Surrey that I have visited, but are inspired by my most recent trip to this location. The Mexican I ate with this time wasn't overly impressed and didn't eat all of his bowl.

Super rushed and they don’t know how to roll a burrito.
This chipotle is the most disorganized place i have ever been served at. They somehow managed to make me pay for my order while missing half of it. While waiting they started OTHER orders while still ignoring my bowl that i have already paid for in advance. They did not communicate with me whatsoever and i had to ask THREE separate times to please complete my order. I waited over 30 minutes for my bowl while the people behind us that ordered more than us left right away. It was not even busy. If you are disorganized when it is not even busy i cannot imagine what the rush looks like. I will never be returning here again. I WAS DISHEVELED. In need of a desperate restaffing.

THE SERVICE HERE WAS TERRIBLE. So many workers but yet so unorganized. Missed ingredients and supplied with TWO SHREDS OF LETTUCE. The girls cannot understand proper english and are in no shape to be working in fast food. This was my last time coming here unless we restaff this chipotle.
