We ordered for pickup online and went in person to go pick it up. We asked the girl at the cashier for a sauce and approached her politely, asked her if there was a charge for it, we were happy to pay for the sauce. Unfortunately she gave us a look and rolled her eyes as if we were causing her trouble. I find this service very unprofessional and this ruined my experience at this location.

Ordered burrito bowl which I order all the time but not at this location. First time tried this location quantity was so less in the bowl. Seems like they were not having enough for the night so trying to cut the portion. Also ordered burritos same complaint. Not happy with this location.

DISGUSTING. Spent $50 at this place just to get lukewarm food! Don’t let the food warmers fool you! Their meat is not piping hot and by the time you eat your food, everything is lukewarm if not COLD. Everything is just slapped on and wrapped into foil so messily, it’s repulsive. Someone needs to get food safety inspection into this place!! Never again.

Literally the only reason why I changed my review about not just this chipotle but the whole thing in general is because they removed the El Pastor chicken!! The regular one is just boiled chicken with barely any seasoning. I hope they bring it back.

idk what’s with all the negative reviews. maybe it’s because i only do mobile order? but anyways, i’ve mobile ordered from here often enough to leave a review, and whoever does the mobile orders DOES NOT MISS. i ask for EXTRA EVERYTHING in my burrito bowls and they are PACKED FULL. these people know how to pack a bowl!!! i used to order from guildford, but they barely give extra anything anymore. whenever i go to pick it up, i’m greeted right away and my food is ready to go. i’m in and out of there in like, 30 seconds. thank you and keep up the great work!!! ????♀️
