Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chips and guacamole I’ve bought from this location to be specific always amaze me with the excess of salt in chips and they don’t even mash their guacamole properly. Big crumbs everytime.

. I had to ask someone to clean the table. There’s was less than 5 customers in the place. Trash is overflowing ? I talk to someone who work there “we can’t take the garbage out because because it’s rush hour.” There was probably 3 people standing in line. I saw someone sitting down on his phone. He wasn’t not on his break. Train people properly.

First of all, the service of the girls at the front was too bad. Then they put half cooked meat in my bowl. Everything in the bowl was so cold. Worst experience with chipotle. I am really disappointed with the food and was really hungry. They were in hurry because it was closing time. Please don’t serve this food as its not fair at all to eat bad even after paying full price:(

I've purchased a burrito bowl 4 times at this location and each time they served a much smaller portions compared to other chipotle locations!

The contents barely go above the height of the bowl!!! In other locations, its packed so full that the staff can hardly put the lid on without spilling its contents..

Based on numerous bad reviews on Google, Chipotle head office needs to seriously review and investigate this location's quality standard as it's obviously not up to par. This location is ruining the reputation of this great restaurant brand!

I don’t understand why the workers are so stingy with their scoops as if they’re giving their life away. They take a scoop of meat, throw half of it off and then put it in your bowl calling it a full scoop. And it’s the same with the beans and rice and even the salsa… I asked for extra veggies. Got two extra pieces of onion. Yes I counted. And their meat is extra salty. Def generous on the salt but not much else. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend their money here.

I went here today and I can say I will never return to this location. The place was a mess. Garbage over flowing from the bins. Messy floor. When I ordered my food the girl helping me didn’t change her gloves after having handled cash. I had to ask her to change the gloves. All of the food containers were empty. She attempted to scrape frozen soggy lettuce into my taco and I had to ask her to get new lettuce. When I opened up the tacos they were a mess. Sour cream everywhere. Soggy and wet tacos.

- only one instruction is to keep the meat one the side.
This shows lack of professionalism, please live up to the brand.
It is the same with pickup or delivery, apparently the staff claim that the special instructions are not visible to them on their order screen.

Vegetarian options: You shouldn’t be surprised if your veg bowl comes with meat. Like if you are ordering two bowls or ordering one but share and want meat on the side YOU Will Not Get It ON THE SIDE

Dietary restrictions: Even if they have doesn’t matter, because they don’t follow the instructions of the customer.

The quality is ok and the QUANTITY is really bad. I asked double chicken and the person on the counter just put a small scoop. I am paying 22$ for this bowl and this is how treat your customers; i am coming from the USA, they give us huge quantities of meat. What kind of attitude is this?
Please make sure the chipotle management takes a look.

Ordered thru the app. Portions were small and they forgot to add steak to my steak bowl.

Absolutely terrible service from workers who don’t know how to do basic tasks. No body speaks proper english, they communicate amongst themselves in their own language. What I assume is the manager is an incompetent individual training even more incompetent employees. Cross contamination is an extremely prominent issue in this location as well. They don’t care about your health or safety at all. Drive 10 mins to guildford instead.
