Worst chipotle in surrey! Altho I live close to this one I always try to order from the guildford location. By mistake ordered uber eats from here today and they again forgot to add chips to my guac and chips side. Always lackluster service

I usually go to Mucho Burrito, but it was closed today. So I came here and was utterly disappointed. The burrito was more expensive at $13.34 and just basic - no sauce choices, only sour cream, no veggies, no additional toppings except corn. The girl who made it was in such a rush but it wasnt even busy. She didnt drain the beans, and made the burrito so fat and short that is was hard to eat. I would not come here again.

Last night I visited chipotle at King George Station I drove 20 minutes to get there and I was really craving chipotle and I was very hungry after a 14 hour shift. I barely made it on time. I was there on 10:30pm this happens a lot here I always order food and their rice is not mixed. They just put plain boiled rice on their line and I visited this location so many times and I had to leave because I like rice So much but this location is so shitty food is planned if you ask for extra rice They make weird faces at you I was craving chipotle from But I ended up eating Wendy’s for my dinner. This is Very bullshit I don’t know, but they don’t have mixed rice never Mixing it anymore or if they have changed their recipe, but their food is so bullshit and blad

I ordered the chicken bowl and steak bowl and both bowls the meat was undercooked. And there were bones in the chicken still. Not very good. Sometimes the food is decent sometimes is horrible. It wasn’t edible.

There was no line but she rushed me. I asked for half the rice two times and she did a full scoop anyways then both beans when I didn't ask. Why do they have to work so fast for? Just why?

It was my first time visiting this location. When I came in, I had to ask if they were closing, as most items needed replenishing. I'm unsure what to say about the food, so I will leave it alone. However, it tasted different from what I had the last time in Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale. The tables on one side needed cleaning, so we sat on the other. The young lady did her best. I will go back in the next couple of months to see if anything changes.
