Came into the store today to buy my usual order, but it seems like this location is always understaffed and is always prioritizing other tasks rather than taking care of their customers. Taking out garbage when there’s a huge lineups and cleaning tables is not something that you should be prioritizing when there’s people waiting for food and you’re running out of supplies. Employees care more about their particular tasks rather than team effort to address rush.

Visited the restaurant and ordered a Bowl with Chicken. Good: - friendly staff - no line (monday at lunch) Bad: - the protein portion was slightly smaller than at other Chipotle stores - No free wi-fi - No power outlets in the restaurant to charge a phone/laptop
I'm really disappointed in my recent visit to Chipotle. The sour cream was super runny, and the white rice was way too salty. The serving staff seemed really rushed and didn't treat me like a customer. To make matters worse, I only got 5-6 pieces of chicken in my meal. It felt like they were just trying to finish orders instead of providing good service. Definitely not impressed. Waste of money

Tried to order a burrito got asked by a worker why am I standing here?? Like to order something and when I asked for a certain item on my burrito I had to wait 20 minutes because they didn’t have it in stock very disrespectful staff and poor customer service please fix this!!
