The experience was as bad as the atmosphere of the place. The quality was below average and the rice had gone bad. The tomatoes smelled rotten. I had an upset stomach after consuming the bowl. There is no customer support service number to reach out to lodge complaints. It is like the chain is least bothered about making amends. Even after doing so poorly, the staff isn’t trained to try and make better customer experience better in any way…!!

i have been coming here for the past couple of weeks because the service is quick, the food is inexpensive, and always delicious! the employees here are always kind and ensure their customers have the best service. i highly recommend coming here if you are craving something healthy - yet - delicious!

The food is healthy and tasty. ive gone here for the various bowls they have and have left with a happy stomach and feeling amazing ive lost my appetite for eating junk after just a month of eating here. The Cob bowl is my personal favourite (get with chicken) its fire.

I was half way through eating my Mediterranean bowl when I noticed something moving in my bowl. Then I realized I had a black beetle chopped in half that was still barely alive. I got so gross out that I puked my food. I did get a refund. I will never eat here again.

I was not impressed by any means, service , I was not too impressed as the server obviously was not too keen to be there as opposed to the male server who had lbeen to our table a bit earlier and given us our menus. Food quality, definitely not impressed at all and didn't finish even half of my order. Noodles not cooked as my wife's order was, as we both had the same meal. The broth in my meal was not fully cooked and had different texture to my wife's meal. I even asked for Chilli to add to my meal as I love hot food to disguise my orders taste but not even that helped. Then they got our bill wrong to top it all off. Needless to say ; really not Malaysian flavourful that afternoon. Would i recommend then as I have their Vancouver locations? Surely not.
Disappointed cause I paid extra for three items and made a note that I paid for those extra items and only 1 out of the 3 I got extra.. this happened twice. I ordered this same thing at other locations before and got a proper portion of extra items. Not ordering here again.

Disrespectful workers, very unprofessional environment. They’re talking about things about customers and rude. Recommend to never come here very unusual approach to customers. they’re treating me disrespectful because I was indigenous will be cleaning a small claims court to City Hall and to a higher establishment that I’m not gonna name but it’ll be a surprise for the company. It’s time to wake up these establishments to take human rights away. Basic needs.
