Well, the jjajang is too thin. This is why it's watery... It wasn't watered down when it was cooked, but when some people eat Jjajangmyeon, it becomes watery. It feels just that thin. I've probably eaten hundreds of bowls of Jajangmyeon over the years, but this is my first time eating Jajangmyeon like this. I know it's probably not, but I feel really bad because it feels like they either recycled the material or used someone else's saliva on it. Plus, it's a mess. Isn’t soybean paste supposed to be thick? They say Samseon Ganjjajang, but you can't even see the seafood... . Not only is it tasteless...

Why does it taste like this?.. I can see for sure.. It looks like they are very busy. The sweet and sour pork sauce tastes like Multan. There is less sweet and sour pork...

One of the best Korean-Chinese food spots. Totally worth a 30-minute drive on a rainy day!

lots of delicious food. the black bean noodles here are my favourite. please note
there was an auto gratuity of 18% for parties greater than 8 I believe.
everything pictured on the table was a total of $281 after tip and tax and it fed 10 people.

I was most satisfied with the sweet and sour pork, and the jjamppong was also good...
Samseonganjjajang was a bit disappointing.

I think this is the best place to eat Chinese food abroad.

Food was good, I like how fresh the ingredients were and felt. If you are in Surrey, BC, look for this restaurant which is really good. Black noodle soup and crispy fried pork.

I’ve been here 3-4 times now and it’s been always good.

Food: In my opinion, their Tangsuyuk and Jjambbong are the best in Vancouver.
Tangsuyuk(fried pork with sauce): Very well fried and the meat is not dried.
Jjambbong(I ordered samseon jjambbong which has a lot of seafood in it.) is very flavorful.
Samseon ganjjajang was just okay, but samseon jjajang was pretty good.
Stir fried seafood rice was also pretty good.

In general, food here is very good and on point. Definitely worth to try.

Service: All staffs were friendly and efficient. I really like and appreciate how they treat customers and how fast or considerate they are.

Atmosphere: The store is pretty new and clean, washrooms are also clean and nice. When it’s raining it gets a bit slippery on the floor but thats it.

If you are living in Vancouver, or visiting Vancouver, I’d recommend to visit Chuihong.
