Zero napkins in a drive through order. Jalapeno poppers were also cold.

Wow, I went to this location for the first time, I was so impressed with the service and how great the food was. Chicken was hot and fresh , along with the fries. The food was delicious. We were greeted with a smile and left with a smile. Thanking us for coming.

Would definitely come back to this location.

The management team is awesome and great attention to details and their customers. Excellent choice for quick and fresh fried chicken or burgers.

Chicken was cold I'm Mexicana wrap. Coke is flat. Fries over salted. Came for lunch break and don't have the time to head back. Will never be coming to this location again, glad I saw a kfc opening across the street, this location will be out of business soon. Hopefully the owners lose money and end up in bankruptcy 🤞

The Chicken wings were well made but the thing I ruminate about is the service was exceptionally well and the staff was really Cordial ! And I really appreciate the service P.S {R}.

The employees there can't seem to get my order correct 100% of the time. But I can't be bothered to drive back to the location to get a correction or refund. The food is a hit or miss too. Some times the chicken is overcooked, and some times it is undercooked. It's very inconsistent. I recommend Church's chicken but not this location.

I had not been in a Churches before.
Counter guy was impatient.
Counter guy was not helpful and in the end did not tell me what options I could choose for my combo even though I asked 4 times.
Then I got the food home and the chicken breasts were undercooked and pink. I threw them away. Gonna stick with Mary Browns.

The employees at this location do not wear gloves or hairnets. This establishment is a poor representation of Church's chicken.

My order was mistakenly given to a customer, the customer returned it after touching the food. The staff offered it to me despite this.

If given an option to give a ZERO star, I would give this particular branch a big ZERO. It just really sucks that tonight it really pushed me to my limit. A few months back my husband and I went here to dine in, only to find a hair inside the chicken, we did not complaint at all cause it will be such a waste of our energy and time. Next was an incident on the drive thru, I specifically ask for NO ICE on the drink and they gave me a cup full of ICE? Is that even hard to understand??? Aside from that maybe you can teach your staff to talk nicely and not arrogantly. We don’t owe you people anything and you are working at that place to serve and be nice to people especially when people are talking nicely to them you’ll never know there will come a time people are not also in the mood and will act rudely towards them. And lastly, just a few minutes ago I was on your drive thru, aside from it took them almost forever to answer the speaker and when a girl answered it she seems to be so confuse about everything I was asking when I only ordered for a 3 pcs. Chicken with the fries and drink so after getting the order there was total silence like a dead air when there is already a line up of cars behind me. Another guy answered only to tell me that the girl who took my order just punch out already out of work???? How can that be even possible when she just confirmed my order and left me hanging. This is such a ridiculous establishment. No wonder you’ve been getting low ratings. When you have this kind of people working. Maybe you should revisit your manpower and pick on better people to work.
