On November 20(5:30AM), my friend and I visited Church’s Chicken to purchase some Bombas. Unfortunately, the cashier who was working at that time did not provide good customer service. She spoke to us in a rude manner, and when I requested that all of my items be packed in a box, she refused to do so. Her behaviour came across as careless, impatient, and unprofessional. This experience was disappointing and not what we expected from Church’s Chicken.

I just ordered 15 spicy wings and 10 original from the drive thru and when i reach home. All i got was 11spicy and 10 original . I mean how hard is it to count to 15 . I know i didnt check before i left. But who does ?

If I could, I take a picture and show you what my experience is like at this church‘s chicken my food doesn’t look like it’s fit for a dog and for the price of it totally ridiculous. Better off to go to KFC this church is chicken garbage

No tables available, one employee sitting at table on laptop while on break. Had to ask repeatedly for access to bathroom. Had to eat in truck.

I come here regularly mostly in graveyard . I call them before going there to cook fresh and always gets fresh. But today i called them and when i opened the box of tex supreme it was super cold and hard . And the wings they just refried it and handed over to me thinking i would never know.

I asked for two orders of 3 piece chicken combo. The chicken was all small pieces. The French fries was only quarter filled. I will nit go to that certain place again.

I recently ordered two chicken combos and one chicken sandwich from Church’s Texas Chicken. The food itself was decent, but I was disappointed with the service. They did not provide ketchup or tissue paper, which I believe are basic essentials that should always be included with any meal.

In comparison, I find that KFC pays more attention to these small but important details, making the overall experience more convenient and satisfying.
