The cinnamon twist were made by the gentleman in the bakery and it was really fresh. Didn’t make them too sweet or not enough sugar. He was also very kind
The lady was ignoring us and not nice. We even had to call her to come help us disappointing service
Service is great, polite and fast. They focus on the customer!
Sticky buns are as good as they come. Drinks are good too.
...and they have plastic straws so 5 stars 🌟
The folks that run this place are as sweet as the rolls they make! I take my Mom here everytime we come to the mall. The rolls are so fresh and tasty, there is something about the sticky bottoms that make us come back each time!
Sadly we devouvered our Nutty Maple Mini Rolls before taking a photo, which were about $12 for 2. $2 more for a coffee or water.
You need to stop by for a couple, better yet take a box to share with others at home. Or not lol
oh my gosh these cinnamon rolls are SO good. Me and my friends tried these and we loved it. The price was a little bit expensive but WORTH IT! 😋
Decent bakery in the Mall. Definitely satisfying any sweet tooth cravings you get. Though they are as good as the ones you can bake yourself at home. So I need a little more of a reason to try more of their products. That being said, it is a delicious sweet bite for the moment. No complaints.
I picked up to to-go pack this evening to satisfy my after dinner sweet craving. The first pack I was handed (they’re all strangely hidden behind and underneath the counter), had rolls in it that looked like minis but were apparently full size. I was offered the explanation that they’re “hand rolled”, and the gentleman grabbed me another pack. Upon opening the box at home, the rolls were clearly hastily packed with a sheet of parchment that was larger than the box. When I grabbed my roll to warm it up, I noticed it was over baked and firm…almost stale or a couple days old. Once warmed, it tasted just not fresh. It’s thinner and smaller than what the quality I was used to and I feel like I ended up with day-old rolls and paid $23.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! I was so excited to satisfy my craving for some Cinnabons but Kim, the older Korean lady, ruined the entire experience.. I was greeted with an extremely snobby attitude and she would not acknowledge anything I was trying to ask. My Cinnabon bites were cold and stale so I wanted to get it quickly warmed up. I tried to politely grab her attention but then she snaps at me. She slams her spatula on the table, stomps over to me and then refused to warm them up. After long persuasion, she slams my food on the counter and aggressively shoves it across to me. Mind you, I was polite and respectful the entire interaction and there were no other customers waiting so for Kim to treat me as an inconvenience was completely inappropriate and uncalled for.
The owner of this establishment really needs to consider having a stern talk with Kim.. this is unacceptable..

The old Chinese man (owner) is extremely disrespectful. I’ve been working in the mall for about 5 years now. Every time I order something from him he treats me terrible. He never offers me cream or sugar for my coffee and gets aggravated every time I ask for cream and sugar. There’s been times he throws it on the counter at me. He sells coffee so why does he get mad at me for asking for cream and sugar? I don’t know why he treats me this way, I’ve been polite every time he gets verbally aggressive with me. I’m surprised there aren’t other customers addressing this issue. A coffee shop shouldn’t have people like this old Chinese man who looks miserable everyday.

Not what it used to be, stale cinnamon roll and a cup of coffee that's filled only 3/4 of the way up for $9. Cutting through the roll was definitely a struggle.
