COBS Bread Bakery Clayton Crossing

Like a few of the most recent reviews, we have been loyal customers to this location for many years but sadly the quality of the produce and service has dropped way off since the new ownership.
Lots of choices are not available especially if you come by after midday. The loafs of bread are full of air now and so large the staff struggle to get them into the bags after slicing, big drop in quality.

Hopefully you can aim to get to the old standards of the produce again.

The store has changed ownership and the quality, service and product availability has significantly decreased. I have shopped at numerous locations in the past and always found the product to be on par with one another and Cobs standards but I don’t feel like this location is meeting expectations any longer.

It used to be great before the new owners took over. No fresh bread anymore… just loafs. No baguettes, no white hot dog buns… soooo disappointing.

What happened?? New owners, never have the breads and buns we come for. Please get it together guys. Do it right!

After a long and tiring day at work, I stopped by to get some snacks for my kids. I was warmly greeted by a petite lady with glasses who served me with the most sincere and heartfelt smile. She kept smiling throughout our interaction, and that simple gesture truly lifted my spirits. Her positive energy made a difference in my day. I didn’t catch her name, but I won’t forget her face. She truly deserves to be recognized for the amazing service she provides.

Been coming here for years, I know the exact size of the loaves of bread, white sesame, or just white. Just got some new loaves the other day, and they’re shorter and definitely smaller. I’m very disappointed to see that another establishment has lowered the quantity, but yet they're the same price.
Very disappointed, I won’t be driving in anymore to get it.

This bakery has many great products but my fav is the slider buns. Yummy and just the right size to not overwhelm the contents of your slider.
