After a long and tiring day at work, I stopped by to get some snacks for my kids. I was warmly greeted by a petite lady with glasses who served me with the most sincere and heartfelt smile. She kept smiling throughout our interaction, and that simple gesture truly lifted my spirits. Her positive energy made a difference in my day. I didn’t catch her name, but I won’t forget her face. She truly deserves to be recognized for the amazing service she provides.
Been coming here for years, I know the exact size of the loaves of bread, white sesame, or just white. Just got some new loaves the other day, and they’re shorter and definitely smaller. I’m very disappointed to see that another establishment has lowered the quantity, but yet they're the same price.

I had contacted this Cobs location a few months ago to see if they would be willing to work with our not-for-profit group for fundraisers. The owners got back to me right away and offered our group a few fundraising options through their franchise. They are just simply amazing and caring people.
