I went to cobs today and I bought a pastry for 3.95 tax added and I gave the cashier a $10 bill and she gave me back $1.05 and she put on the machine that I paid with a $5 bill I tried getting her attention right away but she ignored me when I finally got her attention she denied that i had give her a 10 and she wouldn't check that I was right worst experience ever

Disgusting place! The ladies at the front are great, thanks for greeting guests so warmly! The manager AMAN is extremely rude, aggressive and hostile! I have been a customer for many years and always purchased fresh bakery items from Cobs. Unfortunately, today I seemed to have received garbage for my money. Everything I bought was minimum 2 days old and hard rock (couldn’t take a bite out of it), I had to throw it out and go to Safeway for a much better quality! This location does not serve Cobs quality bakery items so please don’t waste your money on this! Don’t even bother speaking to the manager who will talk for hours about her personal policies. What has the world become nowadays??
Every thing I have ever ordered from here has been so good. I have not had any complaints at all. Their cinnamon buns are beyond delicious. I recently tried the pizza flatbread and it is amazing, a new favourite for me. I’ll be adding that to my order now when I go into the store. I recommend this bakery to anyone who enjoys good flavoured baked goods and great customer service.
