Awesome experience - Friendly staff. I got the taro slush and my friends got other drinks. Drinks were served so fast, like in about 2 minutes. The drink tasted good as well. Thanks for the wonderful and pleasant experience!🧋

I was at this place on Sunday (feb/16)and I have never had such a bad experience. The place was so disorganized that it gave the impression of being dirty, and the attendant at the counter had a grumpy look on her face. I definitely won't be going back.

Good tea but the online ordering makes it very difficult to order in person. You think the line is small but you wait for ages because they're overwhelmed with online orders. Either shut them down or hire more staff.

Bad milk? Not sure what it was but after finishing my drink, 3-4 hours later I stared puking and feeling weak. Been like that overnight.

Yesterday I came here had the worst experience possible first we asked for a glass a of water they refused us water. Secondly, we ordered a warm drink and they handed a cold drink.

Very Bad customer service!! When I asked for cup of water, they replied in rude way and said No we can’t provide you even cup. When I asked that I can pay for cup or glass she replied no with rude face gesture. 🙂

Too bad today , I buy L size 3guy but the staff give me old order . When I finished ordering and went back to the waiting area, the staff immediately gave me a glass of 3guy ( maybe 1min)and the glass of milk tea I received was the worst glass of water I've ever bought: bland, felt like it had been left for too long and the ice had melted. no taste anymore. I'm not angry because of the money I spent and received a bad product but because I feel like I was cheated, they don't respect customers. So disappointed because I've been a regular customer here for 2 years
