Coco located inside the Guildford Mall on the 2nd floor is a bubble tea chain with consistent drinks. I couldn't give it 5 stars like other locations because I find that they run out of items (pearls, green tea, etc) quite often. Their slushes and milk teas Re nice options. I wish they brought back their roasted milk tea though.

Never had anything other than a 5 star experience at Coco except for this location: “we don’t customize drinks here” is crazy to me. All I asked was for half sweet. Dude there is grumpy af. I get it, work sucks ✌️

Used to have a great selection, but now they limit any add-ons and keep drinks uncustomizable! Can’t add boba to any set menu drink and this particular location skimps on ingredients. All the drinks lack flavour and it seems the quality has gone down considerably for $6+/drink. Poorly stocked and they advertise items that they don’t have ie honeydew slush, mango pomelo etc. The mango they use isn’t even true mango - It looks and tastes like canned peaches. Sad because when this place first opened, it was excellent.

Longest ive waited for 3 drinks, 20 minutes. The door was open in the back , i see 5 workers on their phones playing the pokemon game. Id rather throw in my friend Franoll, hes the fastest boba cooker ive seen

I'm officially addicted to the mango palmelo sago smoothie. I have had 3 in past 2 days. The staff was friendly and quick service.
Awesome experience - Friendly staff. I got the taro slush and my friends got other drinks. Drinks were served so fast, like in about 2 minutes. The drink tasted good as well. Thanks for the wonderful and pleasant experience!🧋

I was at this place on Sunday (feb/16)and I have never had such a bad experience. The place was so disorganized that it gave the impression of being dirty, and the attendant at the counter had a grumpy look on her face. I definitely won't be going back.
