Their signature milk tea with pudding was yum. I just wish there was a no ice option!

Worst customer service, I ordered at 4:57, cashier took the wrong order then blame it on customer, I ordered chunky mango milk tea with perals, she charged me for mango sluch, when I told her you took wrong order she said no you ordered slush, and cashier started arguing with me, then one the cashier said we will make milk tea instead of sluch as they have not started preparing, when I asked for price other cashier said mango milk tea is expensive , when I told them on menu price is different she said because of pearls, we charged extra. Then I went to self order desk and check the price and told them about it, one of them said we put extra pearls because we charged you extra, but I didn’t ask for it
All 3 cashiers lied about price and the order they made, they were not even willing to accept their mistake

Bad Customer service. I asked for an extra cup so my three-year-old who is sick could share Bubble tea with her sister. Coco was unable to accommodate that simple request saying it was against company policy. What the heck.
$15 spent and they can’t spare a single cup?

It's okay, they didn't have brown sugar pearl when we ordered. Drinks were kinda expensive but this branch in surrey central mall would give you a bigger cup. You can't adjust the amount of sugar for some drinks either. Boo

the cashier is so distracted that didn't get my order right. ending up paying another set of drink. didn't even bother to say sorry. no good customer service. first time to get an order wrong.

Order came pretty fast

I'm a big fan of bubble tea and have tried it in many places—it usually tastes great. However, at this place, I was disappointed. One of the staff, a young guy, prepared the drink very quickly, almost like he was in a rush. Unfortunately, the taste didn’t live up to regular taste. It felt like I paid for a bubble tea that wasn’t worth the price. He should work more professionally and focus on quality, not just speed.

My friend and I always make a point when we meet up at Surrey Central Mall, to stop in at Coco Bubble Tea. Layla is our favorite she’s so personable, friendly and a real cutie. She even remembered our order and we hadn’t been there in awhile. Amazing.., she is sure an asset to your company😊 Sheila & Susana

Kudos to friendly and accommodative staff, who added milk and made it less ice as I requested.

I recently tried the mango pomelo sago smoothie, and unfortunately, it wasn’t for me. The drink was quite sweet at first, but there was a strong bitter aftertaste that really threw me off. I was expecting a refreshing and fruity flavor, but the bitterness overpowered the mango and made it hard to enjoy. The texture from the sago was interesting, but overall, I wouldn’t order it again

Chunky mango does not have chunky mango anymore. Just syrup. Sad.

The staff are so friendly.

I had the large mango milk tea, I asked for less ice and sugar and it was perfect. So refreshing epically on a hot day. I shall be coming here again.

I paid $36 for 4 teas, and forgot to buy a bag. The girl at the counter wouldn't give me one for free, and said they needed me to buy a 5th tea, because they have a $2 minimum debit charge fee. So, if you want a bag, be prepared to pay $44 at this place. Also, the teas were wrong. Very VERY disappointed.
