Great tasting chocolate milk with pearls. Especially Great service by the gentleman working today.
I always get a bubble gaga with no jelly and they said they can't this time I left and they couldn't just take it out INSANE I used to love coco until this happnd. I hate this location ruined my break at work
I visited your place with my family today and something really shocking us. There was a lady supervisor who was being quite rude to the staff and she was yelling at them. My kids were a bit shocked by it, and honestly it made us all feel awkward and bad for the staff. We’re not sure what exactly was going on, but as customers it wasn’t a nice experience to witness
I have been going to this Coco location regularly (2-3 times per week) for at least two months and ordering pretty much the same two drinks every time. My daughter decided that her favourite was the mango milk tea with honey jelly. Although it was on their menu and featured on a poster on their front door, we had two different associates on two different days tell us that they didn’t offer such a drink. I had to point out the drink on their menu and poster. Eventually, they stopped offering honey jelly and one associate suggested that it had never been an option. We started ordering tea jelly instead, but then they stopped offering the usual mango milk tea and replaced it with a new “chunky” mango version that my daughter didn’t like. Why change the menu so often? It’s a strange business practice.
But that’s not the reason we’re no longer going there. We finally made the decision to never go back after they refused to continue to serve their mango milk tea without ice (probably because the female owner was standing right there), even though we’d had it without ice every single time prior. Even “light ice” results in 1/3 less actual drink and the ice waters down the drink if it’s allowed to melt. It’s obvious all the owners care about is saving themselves money by using less product to make their drinks, which is ridiculous considering each drink ends up costing $7-10.
It should be easy to understand that not complying with customers’ simple requests is just bad customer service; and bad customer service equals fewer customers.
The guy working made sure I never come back here again. Garbage service and attitude.
He stated I didn’t know what I was ordering when I order the same thing all the time.
Save your time and money and go somewhere better.
Older asian male is very rude to employee and also customer, I politely asked about some online promo , and he had to respond in a very aggressive manner. Avoid this location at all cost, worth the drive to Richmond.
Doesn't follow CoCo App Policies. Wasted time. Massive disappointment and completely unhelpful staff. If you are ever going to a CoCo never attend this location for any purpose it is worth driving any distance to avoid supporting this location.
They are different owners. When you take your app rewards like birthday free drink. They don't allow it
Great treat for any occasion
I have been going to this location for sometime now and each time I went there I get my drink, their service is ok but their pears are always under cooked and I finally figured it out why my stomach been hurting since I drank this and it’s the pearls.

Great location. Their bubble tea always delivers. The pearls taste good and have good texture, the tea has good depth. They also automatically select no tip for you when using the pay terminal. Clean location too.
this was the worst place i’ve ever went for boba in my entire life i asked for a dragon fruit boba they said they didn’t have it then i asked for a watermelon boba(which is literally so common) THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE IT then i went to go look to the menu and picked the mango pomelo sago boba and i wanted to substitute the sago for strawberry popping pearls AND THEY SAID THEY”couldn’t” do that. i asked why and they said BECAUSE IT WILL CHANGE THE TASTE ON THE DRINK.. WELL OBVIOUSLY IT WILL! you pay people to make your drink how YOU want it and can do little changes to your drink within reason and if they have the materials to do so. that’s basic knowledge but apparently they could not understand that and make the basic change i wanted in my drink. i will NEVER come back here in my entire life i hate this place
I had a disappointing experience here. When I popped the straw into my bubble tea, the cup exploded, spilling the drink everywhere. I politely asked for a remake, but the staff refused, even though it seemed like the cup wasn’t sealed properly. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of care and unwillingness to provide decent customer service was unacceptable. I’ve been to other bubble tea shops where they were more accommodating in similar situations. I won’t be coming back.
Store close at 8pm. Call in at 5:10pm ask to reserve wulong tea as usual. Denied service. Horrible laziness
Been here many times over the past year but recently I've had poor experiences. There is a male staff member who makes it seem like taking my order is the biggest inconvenience. They were also sold out of pearls at 3pm. There is also an older Asian woman who cannot speak much English, which is fine as there is only so much communication needed when ordering a bubble tea, but she also seems to get defensive when I can't understand her and politely ask her to repeat herself. Two stars as the drinks are good and other staff are great.
