Been here many times over the past year but recently I've had poor experiences. There is a male staff member who makes it seem like taking my order is the biggest inconvenience. They were also sold out of pearls at 3pm. There is also an older Asian woman who cannot speak much English, which is fine as there is only so much communication needed when ordering a bubble tea, but she also seems to get defensive when I can't understand her and politely ask her to repeat herself. Two stars as the drinks are good and other staff are great.

It’s disheartening to see Chinese businesses operated with minimal investment in service. We came on Sunday around noon and there was only one girl working there. She was on the phone with what I can only assume was her manager as he helped her navigated the ordering process. She clearly didn’t understand the system and the payment options very well. I don’t blame her, as she was very swift in making our drinks but the fact that the management here left someone unfamiliar with English and the system alone on a Sunday afternoon shows just how disingenuous the management is towards the customer and especially the girl. She deserves better.

At 12 noon on January 30, a young woman and a middle-aged female clerk came together. The attitude was extremely bad, there was no one in the store, and I was very impatient when I asked about the taste of the drinks. After ordering, she asked her to add less ice. The young clerk immediately said angrily: "Ice is essential! We don't have this operation! Either add ice or no ice!" He almost rolled his eyes at the customer. ?️ I just want to ask, is it so difficult to add two less cubes when adding ice? Do you have to yell at customers? How much resentment does this have towards customers? Originally, the milk tea made from powdered milk didn't taste good at all, so I just bought it casually while passing by. With your scary service attitude, who would dare to go there in the future? Do we have to spend money to suffer? ??

Today is the 3rd time you mess up my gift card balance at your store, and the male stuff is the same person who messed up before and he is very rude to clients. The worst customer experience ever in any retail store.1. Your store never ever record the right gift card balance, because you guys have no system to track, but based on human to send msg in wechat group msg. thats one of the reason your stuff never get me the right balance. The rude male stuff today told me different balance again! and he said he does not know his manager call number and can not provide any receipt of my balance?!? RUDE + UNPROFESIONNAL+RIDICULOUS2. I try not to piss of this bad experience BUT you reply my google review 2 times, so I need to clarify in details again for my todays' visit, so to help other customers to avoid your rude customer service, no system track client gift card, and no management style store. after my 3rd visit, your stuff still can not get the right balance of my gift card, and very rude to me, he refund me the gift card in cash, which you guys should do it at the beginning, rather waste clients so much time and energy to deal with your untruthful gift card system, and rude customer experience.3. if you like to spend your time to reply my google review to pretend you care about the client experience, would be better to improve your customer service, and have at least a normal system to track gift card balance.

Cashier can’t get my order right repeated it 3 times finally said it correctly but still entered wrong. “Shift leader” with short hair was just eating her instant noodle and was not helping and giving bad attitude.
