Bless Coco Tea for offering oat milk! I've quickly become a huge fan. I will always come here before any other bubble tea place in the area because they offer oat milk. The tea is great, the pearls are made well and the staff is very efficient. I also like that they play music in Mandarin often.

A bit of a bummer that for delivery (through Uber), the fees and wait times seem ridiculous - $8.99 delivery fee with a wait of 50-65 minutes? I can order something from bubble tea places in Langley thats way cheaper in fees and at least half the wait time.
Parking: In a complex with a big parking lot with other stores (ie safeway, london drugs, etc.)
