I just waited 22 minutes with a buzzer that didn’t go off just for a latte and they wouldn’t offer me a refund or even a cookie loll Management needs to give them the power to do that if they gave my coffee to somebody else .

Being a regular, I absolutely love this place. The only thing that ruins the vibe for me is how the music is always the cover of a song. Really wish they would use Spotify or something. The songs sound like AI

First time here, tons of outlets and quiet vibes. Coffee is really good, I got the 16oz cold brew. Would definitely come back If I'm in the area.

Always my favourite spot to visit whenever I’m back in Surrey (I moved away, sadly!). Their iced coffees are consistently delicious, and the honey brick toast is absolutely to die for — hands down my favourite treat. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

I believe the service guy might be having a bad day but doesn’t mean you could take out your frustration on customer service by acting dry. Being a regular customer I need a resolution

This has been one of my go to coffee shops in Surrey for years now. Their drinks are really good- especially their coffee and matcha. Not a huge fan of their pastries however. It can get busy, so sometimes it’s hard to find a seat and the owner isn’t particularly friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile but overall it’s a nice environment for getting work done or catching up with friends.

This one is a solid spot for good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. The espresso and brewed drinks are consistently well-made, and they offer their own beans for sale if you want to brew at home. Enjoyed latte and tea.

There’s a clean, modern space with plenty of seating, making it a nice place to get some work done or study for a few hours. Free Wi-Fi and accessible outlets are a plus.

The staff is friendly and the service is efficient, even during busy times. While it can get a bit crowded, it still manages to stay comfortable. Definitely worth for coffee lovers.

Perfect place to enjoy matcha affogato and dessert. Cafe gives an energy to feel productive esp for students or anyone who wants to just catch up with friends
