I had terrible experience, this was my 2nd visit. The evening shift front lady wearing pink was so stubborn. She was not willing to hear feedback or even able to understand a customers need.

I wanted chai latte, couldn’t decide between 1 or 2, then she proceeded to order 1 in case I didn’t like it. I tried the chai latte and it did not taste good at all, I didn’t finish it. When she came to collect the dishes, she said “oh you didn’t drink the chai latte”, I told her “yeah because I didn’t like it”. Then she proceeded to say “good thing you ordered 1 and not 2, I was giving my feedback and she kept cutting me off. Absolutely rude! - all of this can be reviewed by management on the cameras.

Chai Tea Latte - do not recommend! It taste like milk mixed in powder.

I am not interested in coming back here again because of the lady!

Probably never coming again because of the 1 lady working on OCTOBER 27, 2024 between 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm (wearing grey pants and pink shirt).

She was so rude and arrogant towards customers. She was so sarcastic and unfriendly. She was arguing with customers.

Management should definitely look into this! I heard the managers name is AKTAR - he should definitely look into the lady who was working.

She has no sense of customer service or how to treat customers. I am not coming here at all, ruined my night. She is absolutely kicking your customers away with her attitude and tone.

Check your surveillance.

Good luck running a business with her face up front!

It's a big space there's wifi, but the bubble tea was too sweet, like to an extreme :( I really hate giving low ratings and reviews but it really tasted bad and I really hope they can improve their recipes and portions and I hope the owners or manager take this constructively. I know how horrible reviews can make you feel bad but that's how you improve and help each other from feedback.

I don’t know where these 5 star reviews are from but this place doesn’t reflect that.
My friends and I visited to try it out and immediately found the front littered with trash outside the doors and drinks tasted terrible let alone not worth the amount of money being charged. For ONE medium beverage my drink was $15 and my friends iced coffees tasted so bad they couldn’t finish half. Maybe it was an error in the price the lady gave me but it’s definitely there on my transaction bill. I even had my friend who came late ask about the price and she still said $15. I ordered the “Pleasant Drink” and I don’t blame the drink but perhaps lack in training since she had to look through the laminated sheets for how to make it too. Whatever you say this is, it’s definitely not what I ordered then and was unfortunately overpriced for me.

Drove all the way to come to this place. As per their hours, they were open but found the place to be closed. Such a waste of time.

I went in for ice cream since nothing was open.

I ordered 2 scoops. The ice cream was excessively whipped that clarified butter was frozen with a lot of artificial flavours.
I paid 12 dollars for 2 scoops.

I have been coming into this cafe since it's opening. The staff is very friendly and always provide good customer service.The atmosphere is great to do your office works or reading book. I have never find this good taste of coffee anywhere else. Must visit place for coffee lovers.
