This is what the Pizza “grilled cheese” looks like after already sending it back twice to have extra cheese added. The server was super kind, but unfortunately the food itself was very disappointing

I wish i could give a zero star today. We always visit this location of Cora but guaranteed this was the last. My fiancé’s food order was extremely salty, they refused to fix it or replace it. The server was very helpful, but the manager here really sucks. If this is the kind of customer service they keep offering, i am pretty sure this place won’t stay as busy anymore.
Wouldn’t recommend going to this location for sure. The price you pay isn’t worth what you get back.

Strawberries were of very bad quality (green, white and mealy) and what used to be a generous helping of cream is a pittance now (about 1/4 of before). Smoothies are about 6 oz. and thin. Do like the omelettes.

Cora in Surrey is our go-to place for special mom&son breakfasts! Amazing food, so colourful- lots of fruits make those dishes look absolutely stunning!! And the smoothies are my all time favorite! Always makes our day special!!! I just discovered their pancake mix too - super easy recipe my kiddo can recreate at home now

Absolutely love this Cora location in Surrey!

Everything here just works perfectly: the food is fresh, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. The smoothies are vibrant and taste like real fruit, not overly sweet or artificial and the breakfasts are always satisfying and well-balanced.

A special mention goes to their jam it’s absolutely incredible. You can really taste that it’s made without preservatives, very natural and flavorful. One of those small details that makes the experience feel extra special.

The atmosphere is bright, cozy, and welcoming perfect both for a relaxed breakfast and for meeting friends. What really stands out is the service: friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. You feel welcome the moment you walk in.

This is one of those places you keep coming back to because you know you’ll have a great experience every single time. Highly recommend!

Went with high expectations but was disappointed to the core. Really bad customer service. Had to wait 30 minutes for food to arrive. Had ordered pancakes which arrived without maple syrup..when requested maple syrup was told that will have to pay for it.. the server spilled the water from the tumbler by accident while serving and simple walked away without offering to clean up..i wasted 126 dollars
On my family christmas lunch and it was totally a waste..Cora just spoiled my holiday mood.. will never ever recommend it to anyone

I've been here literally a whole hour, waited 25 min just for them to get my order. 15 min after they only brought a hot chocolate for my daughter, its now an hour on the dot and they just bring my order, and guess what. It was the wrong order. Overall, very disappointed 😞 even tho it looks good. Cherry of the story, they didn't even apologize for it all.

worst experience at any restaurant ever, waited 30 minutes to be served after a 30 minute wait and when asked for drinks, ordered a water and it showed up with a mysterious fog in the glass, i ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they forgot the eggs bacon and cheese, waitress racially profiled me for being white and assumed i had enough money to pay the bill and not use EBT, i will never be coming here again
