Cora Breakfast and Lunch

Had a great breakfast experience today, great food and great service. Love their early bird menu.

They have co'ed bathrooms that to me ruined my experience.

This has been one of the worst experiences I had in a restaurant for a while. I got seated ordered and my food didn’t come for an hour (people who got seated after I finished my coffee got their food and I still didn’t). I complained to the waitress that they must have forgotten about my order, and then another 20 mins they bring my order but WRONG. Wasted an hour and half without eating and was charged for the coffee with no apology even. TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS.

Not a good experience. Will not be going there again. I usually go to Dennys , but wanted to try Cora again after many years. Bad customer service. Did not enjoy my time there.

This is a place for very different type of food, more like a combination of traditional North American food + tropical fruits feast. Lots of unique exotic fruits don't usually see in the local market, very surprising but good. Lots of free parking outside, but it is just a bit hard to find as there is no sign can see from the highway. Overall the food is very good, and their tropical drinks as well. A warm, bright and cozy place to relax, and do some studies/readings after meal.

Long service we waited 30 minutes for food when there was barely anyone in the restaurant -2 stars

edit: As of recently i have been back for my second time and they really have improved. not sure if i got unlucky with staff or they were short staffed, whatever the cause they definitely have improved by a landslide 👍

It was okay. There was just that one particular server ( You won't miss it. ) who clearly checked my empty coffee mug while holding a full coffee pot and decided to walk pass my table with a smirk made me uncomfortable enough to give it 3 flopping stars. Totally recommend this place minus that. I love this restaurant.

Cora is easily one of my favourite breakfast spots! The food is always delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to start off the day. The service is also amazing. Honestly, I like this spot better than Denny’s or IHOP. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot!

Great to see a local Cora in Surrey a lot closer. Like the cozy dinning environment here, but feel this one is lot brighter than Langley or Burnaby we have been to. Nice staffs and the food is as good as what we usually expect.

Had to wait forever to be served even drink orders were about 30 min before someone ask. My food was horrible and I never send food back and they only gave 20% off they only got 3 stars because my gf liked her food...it's off my list of places to go now

Think about before you go to this place.
* Service is super super slow. Like you have to ask for coffee refills or takes order 3-5 times.
*place is very very small tight like they have 1 washroom shared for male/female n 5 such small stalls where men women sharing into same area.
*This place doesnt have enough space so they can have better sitting and enough space on the table to keep or eat food properly. You cant sit relaxing here and with kids table are way too small.
*we were 4 people and when waiter brought 2 plates of food for 2 of us, table had no space 😑. Even waiter was waiting for us to make some space or clear the table but what we had on the table 4 cups of coffee with milk/cream n few jams syrups in plate and table ran out the space. We had very uncomfortable space. There was kid sitting next to us where they had no space on table and they moved the plate towards kid and kid smashed tye plate.
*Very pricey compared to IHOP, Ricky's, denny's amd other places. Toast were so think and big. Waffle pan cakes so chew and hard to break.1regular waffle $14.35

All together I highly not recongmend this place.

First time trying Cora’s, and I enjoyed it. Especially liked the generous fresh fruits that comes with the meal. It was the perfect mix of everything I would want for a breakfast meal.
