Shrinkflation has hit crispy falafel hard. Used to frequent crispy every week, I have their phone number memorized. I stopped coming after the portion sizes kept diminishing. I last came here in July and got the most pathetic sized wrap I had ever seen, it was pencil thin and $12. Today I got a king size wrap and was absolutely SHOCKED when they charged me $19 for what used to be $14 and was just grossed out with the portion size. The greed is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I will NEVER be returning. Sad. Mr Greek and Ocean Park donair can have my business from now on

I visited this place for the first time. Staff was very hospitable. The Donair was made exactly as requested. Chicken was fresh and just the right portion was served. These guys know what they are doing.
Went on Saturday night, all the staff at the counter greeted me with big smiles, even making sure to smile every time we made eye contact. The restaurant had such a great vibe, and the donair was really tasty too. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Garbage food and nasty, unpleasant, ignorant staff that don't care at all. Never going back. Will nor recommend going there at all!! There are better restaurants by far across the road.

Every single plate comes with rice except for the vegetarian plates, which cost $20. Makes no sense. Meat costs more than veggies. They should come with rice too. Weird vibe in the place as well.
