I ordered pizza and samosa on uber eats today and got really disappointed with the quality of food , the base of the pizza was undercooked and samosas were also came in a bad condition and strong smell of oil were coming from them. overall, I was really upset from their food.

Worst pizza we ever had. We ordered a paneer tikka pizza, it was very oily, burnt crust and seemed liked a stale pizza and only reheated. It was also very salty.

Very disappointing experience at Platinum Pizza and Curry.
We placed our order and waited around 40–45 minutes. After such a long wait, when we finally received the food, almost half of it was completely unfresh. This is unacceptable, especially after making customers wait so long.
When we complained, the staff responded by saying they have limited staff and cannot prepare fresh food. That is not the customer’s problem. If you cannot manage orders or maintain food quality, you should not accept them in the first place.
Customer service was poor, and the way staff (a girl )spoke to us showed a lack of professionalism. Employees should know how to behave with customers and how to handle complaints respectfully.
If the owner of this store is reading this, please take this seriously and contact me directly. This place needs major improvement in food quality and customer service.

Food quality was so bad I ordered veg and cheese pizza but they send me 2 veg pizza!! There was oil on the pizza so much sorry to say but pizza wasn’t good

The dough was way too thick and heavy, and it tasted undercooked. I was really disappointed with the quality . Definitely not worth the money.

I've been a loyal customer, have ordered 6-7 times in the past via Uber and it's always the same order and unfortunately with the same mistakes
they have forgotten my chai with the combo 4 times before but I let it slip all those times

Today I ordered a thali plus chai combo
And 2 samosas

1: chai is missing again
2: no dessert in the thali
3: the food is almost frozen cold like it was taken out of the fridge and given to the driver right away
4: no salt in samsoa whatsoever(might be a personal taste thing but still)

Extremely unhappy with this, as the same mistake is happening again and again

The only thing is they listened to my request of substituting paneer but I believe they have premade thalis anyway so it's random at times

I called them for chicken noodles and a girl picked up the call and said come after 15 mints, when i reached there its almost 25-30mints and asked me to wait for 5more mints. Then i waited for 5 more mints and took the order. When i reached home i really disappoint with the food quality it was really worst and when i called the restaurant the girl picked the call and said i was not cooking what i can do, she dont know how to talk and i really feel insulted how she talked with and even i was speaking so polightly. Time i called the restaurnt at 8.50pm 25nov

Didn’t sent the full order. Ordered chole bhature and fish pakora and guess what! These unprofessionals sent me two chole bhature! Please hire some guys who know how to read english. What do I say now disgusting!

I really like their pizza, but was very disappointed with the service. Visited on a Saturday evening around 10 PM — the staff was rude, the system wasn’t working, and they didn’t even have all the ingredients. They served a medium pizza while charging for a large, and despite it clearly being their mistake, they showed no courtesy or apology. Great taste, but customer service like this makes you think twice before coming back.
Girl working at the front is in serious need of training about customer service and mistake handling skills.

Want to spoil your day with the worst customer service by rude girl and get overcharged I highly recommend this place .

I wish i could rate negative stars, ordered food over phone for pickup and staff told to come after 15 mins when got there for pickup told that they dont have the order and they were not able to listen over the phone and this was not the first time the staff has the worst customer service once drove all the way to store to pickup to see that they do not have the thing that we ordered in stock. And instead of apologizing they will always argue on the same. Was last visit there and will surely tell everyone to never go to this place.
