Didn’t sent the full order. Ordered chole bhature and fish pakora and guess what! These unprofessionals sent me two chole bhature! Please hire some guys who know how to read english. What do I say now disgusting!

I really like their pizza, but was very disappointed with the service. Visited on a Saturday evening around 10 PM — the staff was rude, the system wasn’t working, and they didn’t even have all the ingredients. They served a medium pizza while charging for a large, and despite it clearly being their mistake, they showed no courtesy or apology. Great taste, but customer service like this makes you think twice before coming back.
Girl working at the front is in serious need of training about customer service and mistake handling skills.

Want to spoil your day with the worst customer service by rude girl and get overcharged I highly recommend this place .

I wish i could rate negative stars, ordered food over phone for pickup and staff told to come after 15 mins when got there for pickup told that they dont have the order and they were not able to listen over the phone and this was not the first time the staff has the worst customer service once drove all the way to store to pickup to see that they do not have the thing that we ordered in stock. And instead of apologizing they will always argue on the same. Was last visit there and will surely tell everyone to never go to this place.

I ordered their pizza—what a game changer! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were generous, and the curry flavor was authentic and rich without being overpowering. We also tried the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with spice, depth, and love.

You can tell they use fresh ingredients and take pride in their craft. Portion sizes were great, pricing was fair, and the menu had something for everyone—from classic pizza lovers to curry fanatics.

I’ll definitely be coming back (probably too often!). Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food and friendly vibes. Platinum Pizza and Curry truly lives up to the name!

Solid Indian style pizza. Fresh ingredients, good dough. Took a shot at a new place and was pleasantly surprised. They’re quite good.

Ordered a non-veg thali — very disappointing experience. The only non-veg item was an egg bhurji. The matar paneer was half-burnt, and both samosas were badly overcooked. Overall, the food was poorly prepared and not worth the price.

poor communication and customer service. If you have any issue with the tiffin service, nobody gonna reply you for the messages. poor service.

Poor customer Service

Bad Customer Service. We had to cancel tiffin Service for an emergency reason, they promised refund. But still didn’t get money back and not even replying for messages. Poor customer service, not recommended at all.

I enjoyed the pizzas & service here.
Received them in a timely manner.
