Hi I had to go to life labs at 6.30 am and after that I went to this beautiful coffee shop the gentlemen working there was very kind I had my coffee and the store is beautifully done inside a great place to come and have something eat and enjoyed a great cup of coffee

Ordered a chai tea latte, an americano and a cinnamon swirl scone. Everything was great. Service is also very good. Nice little shop with good coffee.

Nice cafe, nice coffee at a good price we enjoy it so much. the snacks and sandwiches can be better or heat up a little bit more. Though they are not bad, we like it :)

The owner, old Caucasian male, kicked me out of the cafe. He said another party needed my seating, even though they had already been seated. As a paying customer, terrible service. Won’t be coming back. Stay away.

I generally enjoy coming to this cafe. It’s cozy and seems to be a family run business. Their drip is good and my favourite pastry has to be the white chocolate cranberry scone. However, my visit yesterday changed my perception.
I was using the restroom when a scuffle took place. I didn’t realize who it had been between until I left the washroom. It seemed to be the owner yelling at the worker. She was taking what seemed to be her break at a table in the hallway leading to the restroom. The owner yelled, that not everyone gets a break and that the store comes before her break. I felt so bad once I saw her while leaving the bathroom. Her eyes were red and teary eyed.
I don’t ever write reviews but this was truly a wildly uncomfortable experience. He stayed for a while longer, arguing before leaving. I wasn’t the only one to notice. He wasn’t trying to be quiet either. I didn’t stay any longer and can safely say that I won’t be returning. I hope the girl is doing okay.

There’s not many places that have good vegetarian sandwiches. This was delicious along with my London fog.

Good Day, Yesterday I had the worst experience in Cuatro Coffee. I had very important professional meeting around 5 pm and meeting point decided Cuatro Coffee around 5 pm. When I arrived the coffee shop door was open and as soon as I enter shop the owner was very unprofessional, rude, angry, agitated and discourteous. He told me coffee shop is closed at 5pm. I told him according to website its working hours are till 6 pm and I have important meeting. The owner was so rude and told me that he has decided to closed at 5 pm because of some rennovation in the shop. He told me to go outside and stand outside the shop in the cold winter. Morever he told me he does not think necesssary to inform public on website that there is a no need to update working hours on the website. I travel all the way from downtown Vancouver just to attend the meeting. This was my first and the last visit to this place. It was horrible and worst expereience. DO NOT recommend public this place at all.

Nice hidden little coffee shop. They close at 6 but also offer private groups to rent out the place after hours for $75 an hour (2 hour minimum). The Bombon Latte is the best cold or hot.
