Worst cake and horrible experience! My first and last time at this place. The amount of bad quality cream or whatever that was and the minimalistic cake in the whole. Just filled with tasteless chunks of clay like cream. Stay away from this place if you enjoy good cakes.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. The cake was hard and dry, and the amount of icing was comical. I should’ve read the reviews before going there. Will not be returning. Go down the hall to Saint Germain, much better quality for the same price.

I bought a cake for my birthday here. (Do we have any ARMY here? ❤️‍🔥🥵💕) Anyways, I asked her if she could dye my BTS members blue on the cake. She said that I asked for natural hair. I told her that I know I did, but I change my mind now. THAT LADY WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $1 EXTRA for four hours of work!!! THIS DEAL WAS A RIP-OFF, IT SHOULD BE FOR FREE!! I warned her that things would get messy if she didn’t cooperate. She still refused and started to get nervous, but I wasn’t buying her act. So I had to do what any sane person would do.

I climbed over the counter and ripped my shirt below to reveal my abs 🔥. The button sprung off and hit her eye and she had to get stitches. Like lady, what you so dramatic for? Anyways, I pounded my chest and did a Tarzan cry and I got tackled by mall security. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! (I put a pic of my Kookie’s cake below so you can all see why I’m upset!)

I normally frequent the Metrotown location. But I just wanted to let other patrons know that every season they do holiday themes.

One example of my favourite event is Halloween 🎃. Those cupcakes are so creative and fun! How could you pass the offer to buy them, they are adorable lol!

Prices are reasonable and they are delicious. If you ever have an event or you’re hosting, I recommend coming here.

Overpriced for the quality. The cupcake frosting is greasy and sad. The cake tastes stale. The company is a core part of my childhood though… Im surprised it’s still in business after all these years.

They deserve no star i buy a cake for my anniversary but the cake is soo dry , no flavour, and the frosting is tooo much on cake totally wastage of money And i feel its not a cake its a brick useless

THE BEST CUPCAKES! The signature double chocolate cupcake is my to die for flavour.

Cupcakes are gigantic, are moist and fluffy, just sweet enough, fancy and generally very tasty. But very expensive. 1 cupcake, about 5-7 cm in diameter, costs roughly ten dollars. Although I would buy again...over and over again!

Came in and got a French toast cupcake and it tasted like it was made several days ago. I don’t know for a fact if that’s true or not but I’m just saying that’s what it tasted like. Kind of regretting my purchase though.
