I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I ordered samosas and chole bhature, but the food provided was not fresh. I had informed the staff that I would return to collect the order in 10–15 minutes. Despite this, the food was prepared and left on the counter during that time.
When I returned, the food was cold. I requested that it be reheated, but the staff member refused without providing a clear explanation or offering an alternative solution.
This experience reflects poorly on both food quality and customer service. Serving cold food and declining to address a reasonable request is unacceptable.

I went this evening about 30 minutes before closing to place an order. The girl wearing green sweater at the counter seemed completely uninterested in taking the order. When I asked for one plate chole bhature, she didn’t respond at all, went inside, and then came back saying it would take 15 minutes. I said that was fine, but her attitude made it feel like she wanted me to cancel the order.
My friend and I waited in the food court, and when we finally received the food, it looked very bad. The bhature looked like they were just soaked in oil, extremely oily and not fresh at all. When I took a bite, I noticed the chole (chickpeas curry) was cold. I checked again with a spoon, and it was still very cold.
I went back and asked her to heat it up. She said it was cold because they were closing. I explained that since they accepted the order, it was their responsibility to serve properly heated food. Instead of understanding, she repeated that it’s because they were closing.
Although the food was heated up later, it was a very bad experience. The food quality was poor, and the customer service was disappointing. It felt like a waste of money—we could have ordered something else instead. If you don’t want to take orders close to closing time, then please don’t stay open till that time.

They used to have nice samosas but recently they changed their chef and the samosas are not at all good, oily and even chutney is not good now. Hope they bring back their older chef.

We ordered chicken tikka combo and bhatura chickpea. 1. Chicken was rotten and was not fresh. 2. Chickpea quantity was not sufficient. We had to pay them extra. Also, staff needs training on being polite.

I visited Curry Way today and had a very disappointing experience. I was the second person in line to order, but the counter girl completely ignored me and kept serving others while I stood there for a long time. When another counter girl finally approached me and took my order, she apologized for the situation—but the first girl never apologized and even used rude, abusive language toward me.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope management takes action so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

One of the worst places in the food court. Tried it for the first time and ended up with an upset stomach for 3–4 days. The chicken was dry and tasted old, and overall the food had no value for money. Menu tags on the glass were either missing or unclear, and hygiene standards were definitely not met. They call it a salad, but it’s just chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber thrown together. The taste was below average due to poor quality. Truly a waste of time and money. Not recommended if you care about your health.

We were waiting there before two three people and they put small sticker on side for the line up . She said you have to go behind all the people. Thats not good . Costumer service is very bad here. Staff does not know how to greet
