I visited Curry Way today and had a very disappointing experience. I was the second person in line to order, but the counter girl completely ignored me and kept serving others while I stood there for a long time. When another counter girl finally approached me and took my order, she apologized for the situation—but the first girl never apologized and even used rude, abusive language toward me.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope management takes action so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

One of the worst places in the food court. Tried it for the first time and ended up with an upset stomach for 3–4 days. The chicken was dry and tasted old, and overall the food had no value for money. Menu tags on the glass were either missing or unclear, and hygiene standards were definitely not met. They call it a salad, but it’s just chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber thrown together. The taste was below average due to poor quality. Truly a waste of time and money. Not recommended if you care about your health.

I was very hungry when I ordered from Curry Way, but the food completely ruined my mood. The Manchurian was extremely salty, and the Mix Veg had no taste with a very bad flavor. After spending so much money, I had to leave the food in between. Verybad experience ever .
Today we went to Curry Way in the Guildford Mall food court around 5:00 p.m. to order one portion of Bhatura with chickpea curry and a goat curry to go. The girl who ( She's little big made with long hair and chubby) served us was really rude and unhelpful. The goat curry tray was almost empty, and she was filling the container mostly with gravy—there were only four small pieces of meat. When I asked her about it and pointed out that it didn’t feel right, she told me bluntly, “This is the way we serve it,” instead of bringing more meat from the kitchen. Honestly, I think the owner should be made aware of this situation, because customers should receive fair portions for what they pay. To add, this server was quite dismissive, while another girl who took my order, unfortunately wasn’t serving my food by the time ready to serve in the big container .I left feeling very frustrated and disappointed with the service at Curry Way

I used to frequent this eatery weekly. But now now. Tikka masala had too much salt, tasted like half cooked masala. Couple of pices of chicken only. I added a half naan which was small piece $1.50 extra, it was wafer thin and hard to chew. Quality of food is definitely down. Different staff, not friendly at all. Plus side, no queue 😂
