Ordered 3 cheese and 2 veggie, all 3 cheese pizzas were undercooked and cheese was all over the pizza and crust. When we called to talk to them about it they would not pick up our calls and when they did they did not talk to us. We had to go back into the shop and still they did not want to give us a proper refund even after showing pictures of the bad pizza. I will never be coming back here and hope u never give them ur business either. Terrible customer service and under cooked pizza!

Today I ordered chana samosa that may comes with chana daal but they have given me with a lot of dahi in it that I didn't like . In the chat there was only 2 or 3 pieces of onion and they sprinkled the sev puri bhaiji on it that was not expected to do there was nothing special like chana samosa chaat. They took 10 to 15 minutes time but there was nothing special in the dish . They have changed the price from 8.50 to 11 dollars they didn't even told me that price has changed and they have not mentioned anywhere on online or menu about it . Overall the food was totally garbage and samosas was very hard it looked like that used the stale samosa that was not even cooked properly. I didn't even eat it I had put it in the garbage ?

Currently still waiting for food I ordered for pickup, was quoted 40 minutes originally and then received a call after 30 mins saying they needed 30 more minutes, which I then arrived and then they still had me waiting and served many others but my order is still being made. So it’s been 1.5hrs and I am spending $210 on food, it is utterly unacceptable that I have borderline been here for almost 2 hours, if I knew it was going to take that long I would brought a apron and jumped in the back and helped them chef it up, I am literally writing a review whilst waiting for this most likely "mid meal". If this food isn’t the best food on planet earth I will have to swing back and let it rip on these people. Edit: it was disgusting, if you want proper Lighthouse fish, please go to the one on 96 ave and 128 street. I could have put $210 On a 16 leg parlay lost and felt better then wasting it on this crap they call food.

I visited this place to pick the DoorDash order and they are so unorganized that they start making order when I reach there and asked me to wait for ten minutes. It looks so unprofessional that you have Bobbi pakora order and you are just looking for beans to make a batter for pakoras. It shows your efficiency and perfection in your job.

Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered a Medium Shahi Paneer Pizza on Uber Eats and I all that I received was a thick base with literally UNCOOKED pizza sauce and cheese and some toppings. They didn’t even gave the drink with it. 0 Star, never ordering from this location ever again.

I have order from Dhut for years. I will not be ordering from them ever again. They now charge $7.00 for delivery. The pizza I got tonight one of the crusts was barely cooked, tasted like cardboard. We got half the amount of toppings that we used to get on the same pizzas. And to top it off they over changed me. Dhut you have lost a long time customer and I will be tell everyone I know not to order from you.
