I bought chicken tenders and onion rings. I told the cashier that i was willing to wait for the fresh ones but they still gave me the dried ones even though i've waited for more than 10minutes. I confronted them but still did not do anything about it. I was not trying to make a scene I talked to her nicely but she talked to me in a rude way. I've had fresh ones before so i really know what it looks and it tastes like. This was around 8:50pm of July 16th 2025. She also kept saying they were not busy so they'd make a fresh batch for the orders it was really dead but still their dine area was such a mess.I was starving and it really disappointed me. I hope the management would see this and will do something about it.

My son went and bought a medium blizzard. It was half way filled up. Then went down to sit and eat it with his girlfriend and they started yelling at them to get out. I guess they were closing up but weird way to shut down the restaurant What kind of people are running this place ???? Anyone with morals ????

I have called numerous times to make a request for a cake and every time I call they tell me they are too busy. First they ask to call back in 10 mins and then they transfer me to someone else and tell me to call back. I have called twice today and each time they tell me they’re too busy and then hang up. This might be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
