Ordered a burger lettuce wrapped. They said they do lettuce wraps. When I received my ordered it was only shredded lettuce on the top (not wrapped in lettuce) it was beyond sauce and hard to eat. Would not recommend again

II ordered 5 blizzards on Nov 1st I don’t remember the exact time between (1:30am to 2:00am)which is blended so nicely. Also, the girl sukh who served me the blizzards in very appropriate manner like she clean the cups and then she give us in a tray and also do upside down and provide napkins as many of the workers never gave me napkins when I asked for they hardly give me two. Moreover, the food that I ordered which is meal deal is so good it’s fresh as she is the only who make my blizzards and make my food in just 2-3 min which is adorable. Need to be more employee like her as she is sweet, kind and very respectful.

I am going usually on DQ at late night specially after dinner. As usual I asked one of your employee neha about any new ice cream or recent favorite sweet. But she talked in an inappropriate way and didn't respond us well. We can share you the receipts from our side of visiting every week to your store. So what's the benefit to us of loyal customer to you when your employee don't know how to give hospitality to the customer at late night. I was with my family. Kindly ask your employees to review the guidelines and terms of the welcoming any customer. I am badly disappointed from you.My visiting time was 10:30 pm on October 29.

Beware if you go here you are playing Russian roulette. They have one good chef who can cook the burgers properly, if he/she is not on shift you WILL get sick or have to throw your meal away due to the disgusting taste.

This DQ location is our family’s go-to spot—especially since they’re open late, which makes it super convenient. The menu is huge with something for everyone. We recently needed a cake on short notice and found out custom orders need 24 hours, but thankfully they had a nice selection of pre-made cakes ready to go. Always a reliable stop when we need a treat!
