went through the drive thru at around 10pm, employee was extremely rude and our blizzards weren't even mixed. didn't acknowledge us at the window, just handed us the debit machine and our blizzards. She didn't even look at us while handing over the second blizzard and then just walked away... she also proceeded to have a conversation with another employee as we were still at the window.

I had a very bad experience tonight with dairy queen. I ordered grilled chicken salad, it came with bacon!!!! I do not eat bacon They should write in the menue that it has bacon !!!!! What if someone has an allergy Very disappointing

Been there twice in the past week first time missed a burger second time got both my burgers completely wrong. Staff are not properly trained or nice. Food also takes way too long to come out. Soft drinks were also warm.

The worst experience with one of this location, the staff doesnt know about the actual ingredients and what it contains because they failed to serve based on the customer expectations, also, the higher management (Mr Rahul Mehta) and the DQ ONline Feedback team also failed to provide the adequate support when raised the complaint, AVOID THIS LOCATION PLEASE.

Love going to Diary Queen for their value meal. Cant beat the meal and dessert for unfer $10.00. This was my first time at this location. Food was good, service was fine. My only issue was we went to cool off and have icecream. When we entered the store no cool air greeted us. It was warm. The air was warm the place was warm because the front of the building and part of the roof is in clear glass or clear plastic. As a result the sun hits the glass heating up the place. It was not uncomfortable, one just could'nt feel that there was any airconditioning at this location. On a great note..this location was collecting donations for the Children's Miracle Network and as one donated money you were invited to spin the wheel to win a treat. Great idea.
