Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The girls that work here are so bitchy. They yell at customers and don’t prepare the food properly. I’ve been here a few times and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they don’t deserve it and they need to be fired. Honestly don’t know how they still have a job.

Food is not bad, prices are decent, atmosphere is alright because it’s right next to the hospital. Service was a little slow but not a big issue

Worse drive through experience I have faced in 26 years of living here . Waited 20 minutes for someone to COME to the window . We had to knock on the window.. they repeated the orders wrong twice … even when we told her “ no we wanted two of the single burger combo” … she KEPT saying “ you ordered the single burger on the side “ we told her no twice and she storm off just to come back to tell us the EXACT SAME THING. . Not only does she not listen but if you have an attitude then don’t work in the food service ?! Wasted our time . We left . Can’t get a simple order properly

The staff there especially the ladies are so rude, have no customer service skills and yell at you! Well I yelled back and complained to head office. They need a raise or something because they never look like they want to be there.

I ordered through skip the dishes on Sunday, September 29/2024 from Diary queen located on 5630-152nd street Surrey:
1. Mushroom Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger Double (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 4, the burger was tasty).
2. Crispy Chicken Sandwich burger (on a scale of I-4, I will give it a 4, the burger was tasty).
3. Fries (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 4, the fries was tasty but they didn't add any ketchup).

Vegetarian options: They have few vegetarian food menu options.

Kid-friendliness: They have few kids food menu options.

This Dairy Queen was not good first of all they yelled at me and my friend for coming and being rude to us and then she started yelling at my friend and she told us we couldn’t even sit , wow Dairy Queen what a disappointment 🙄🙄

Very rude and got my order wrong and didn’t even cook it properly and they yelled at us never come here they didn’t even cook the chicken properly and they started yelling at my face when I told them that the order they did was wrong and said not to come back here these unprofessional workers what the hell man I’ve never experienced this in the Dairy Queen I love Dairy Queen, and this made me hate Dairy Queen. This unprofessional workers I’m never gonna go here again

We went today drive through, ordered 2 Blizzards, poutine and fries only took 15 minutes to get from drive through. On top customer service representative was so rude. I have to knock on the window to get my order, said it’s just 10 minutes, can’t you wait for that. When ask it is supposed to be within 5 minutes said we are so busy. There is no one literally. Very bad experience. Will highly not recommend. Really disappointed regarding her service. Bad attitude 😠

this is literally the second time this specific dairy queen establishment has skimped out on their blizzard portions. not only do yall have me paying 10 dollars for a large blizzard, THERE WAS A SINGLE PIECE OF CHEESECAKE IN IT. what the hell man. not to mention the fact that they take their sweet time on every order, even if they have zero people inside. a good 15 minutes for a single misty freeze. words can't express my hatred for this place oh my god
