Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at the Cloverdale Dairy Queen drive-thru. On December 13 around 8:00 PM, I ordered an Oreo Blizzard and accidentally said Oreo McFlurry. Instead of politely correcting me, the two girls working laughed openly, watched me, and made me feel embarrassed.
This was humiliating and completely unacceptable customer service. Everyone makes simple mistakes, and customers should never be mocked or laughed at.
Management should seriously address this behavior and ensure staff are properly trained in professionalism and basic customer respect.
Very disappointed with this experience. I will think twice before returning.

I only ever order 2 things here (chicken strips and the peanut buster parfait). The staff are always so nice and polite. The store is clean and they make the food quickly. Its my favorite DQ location. The store manager also seems like a nice person. Everyone is very attentive.

On June 20th at around 8:30pm me and my wife went to dairy Queen and ordered chicken burger with fries and drink and it was cold and tasted awful the fries looked like they were made the day before my wife ordered a hamburger with bacon and a side of fries and the meat on the burger was cold and it looked like they took it out of a garbage can and the burger and fries were also cold and tasteless my wife went back to the staff and told them that the meat is wilted and dry I showed her and she replied I just made it fresh! In closing I would never go back here again and recommend no one else goes either it was $32 wasted for 2 people

Fabulous DQ in Cloverdale! Recently had an ice cream specialty cake made up for my grandsons 6th b day and what a fantastic job. The hockey picture, the colour of the cake turned out beautifully and was done so professionally. Everyone was amazed! ANOOP is our to go guy and always greets us with his infectious smile and is extremely curtious. This DQ is our absolute favorite and we appreciate the efficiency of the staff and how they accommodate certain requests. Thanks to all the staff members and a big shout out to ANOOP. He's the best!
