Gary was super helpful, friendly and a rockstar!!! I came in to order just a cold hot chocolate but ended up ordering the poutine after Gary kindly gave some coupons, and to my surprise the poutine was amazing and Gary even checked in with me to see how I liked it. He's amazing and I would recommend everyone to leave a review for his wonderful customer service and try the poutine for sure.

Not a fan of this location and don’t feel like I got my moneys worth.
I waited forever to be greeted at the counter and ordered a peanut buster parfait. The lady who finally deigned to come up to the counter didn’t look thrilled or even remotely friendly and was acting like she was doing me a favor by showing up. You don’t need to be excited and smiling but at least pretend to be polite and not be rolling your eyes.
I also requested extra fudge on the side and asked the size of the serving. The lady showed me with her fingers the approximate size of the cup. I asked if I can have more. First she was confused, then said if I want more I have to buy another one. That’s fine.
The problem is that they’re greedy and their portion sizes are small. I paid $1.10 for each cup and they didn’t even fill it all the way. Total cost was something like $10.50 for everything.
They were skimpy with the nuts and ice cream serving as well. It’s less than other locations.
Based on the attitude and service quality, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
I should also add that I’m a former DQ employee so I know the ins and outs and they could have done much better.
Cloverdale is better and the staff are much nicer.

I recently visited Dairy Queen and had an unusual experience. After sitting for about 30 minutes, the owner approached and told a coworker that I wasn't allowed to sit there. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's important for establishments to create a positive atmosphere for all customers, and this interaction definitely detracted from my visit. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Usually this DQ has better service than other locations we've visited but last visit had issues with screwing up our order, not advising what they were doing (if anything) to resolve it etc.
Only after showing the receipt and pointing out their mistake they advised me id what they were doing to resolve it.
Sadly it was like we made a new order and had to wait in line again for the item we ordered.
Not sure I'll be back for a while because of this but sadly this location is better overall than others on the area...

To my surprise and delight I have recently discovered that my local Dairy Queen can offer meals that meet my particular nutritional targets while at the same time offering very tasty products. I have been very happy to meet exceptionally kind and helpful staff whose bright smiles add happiness to each of my visits. I am now a big fan of their perfectly grilled chicken sandwiches presented in still hot packages reminding me that my meals are very freshly cooked and direct from their excellent kitchen staff. All the foods I have explored at the Dairy Queen are exceptionally tasty and both quell my hunger while energizing me for the rest of the day. Thank you to DQ staff and owners that offer their patrons such wonderful service and kind and caring communication! ??

I ordered food through skip the dishes on Sunday, August 25/2024: 1. Crispy ranch chicken wrap (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 3, the wrap was ok). 2. Crispy flamethrower chicken wrap (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 2, the wrap was bland and tasteless and it’s not spicy. 3. Crispy chicken burger (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 1, the burger had a weird after taste). 4. Fries (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 4). The fries was good.

Maybe the picture doesn’t do it justice but yes all of the fries were not fully cooked. Yes this was the location that I got the poutine from. I wasted my money and my time. I was thinking to go back and complain but I did not have time to drive back to the location. I’m not a type of person to make a review if I don’t feel like it was necessary.
