The staff was extremely rude. Spend $40 on ice cream for the kids. I asked for a cup to get some water and was told no. Asked if I could pay for a cup and was told no. Asked if I could fill a cup from my car and was yelled at. June 18 @9pm. Not surprised this place was empty based on how they treat customers.

Ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard a few times and each time the bottom 30 to 40 % did not get mixed.... UPDATE... 8 years later. May27th. 2025.... last 3 times. Strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Now like bottom 50% pure ice cream. NOT MIXED... wow

The worker that served us was very polite and gave us multiple coupon sheets. That was very nice and the food came pretty quickly and tasted great. Will be coming back for more great service and enjoyable food!!

Gary was super helpful, friendly and a rockstar!!! I came in to order just a cold hot chocolate but ended up ordering the poutine after Gary kindly gave some coupons, and to my surprise the poutine was amazing and Gary even checked in with me to see how I liked it. He's amazing and I would recommend everyone to leave a review for his wonderful customer service and try the poutine for sure.
