Spent 40$ on cold and overcooked chicken. Take chicken off the menu for this location if your workers can't cook it properly. They drink was all ice even tho I asked for no ice. Horrible food at this location EVERY TIME. Headquarters should really step in and see what's going on

Don't use this dairy queen. Service is slow and on top of that this time I had a bad experience.
I take the survey on the receipt for a free dilly bar. I then take a screenshot of my code and redeem. I show her the code and she tells me that I also need the receipt and to write the code on it. No you don't. I have redeemed a couple dozen over the years. Also she had a racist vibe from her and treated me like I'm trying to pull one over on her. This dairy queen had all my business and now will get none of my family's business. Zero.

The staff was extremely rude. Spend $40 on ice cream for the kids. I asked for a cup to get some water and was told no. Asked if I could pay for a cup and was told no. Asked if I could fill a cup from my car and was yelled at. June 18 @9pm. Not surprised this place was empty based on how they treat customers.
