Strips were cold when they were given to me so they didnt make them fresh. Seems they were sitting for a while. No bag. They asked if I wanted one. Presumably to charge extra. No thanks.

Every time I go here and order a smores blizzard there’s hardly ever any chocolate in them. This time I specifically selected extra chocolate on the app and STILL NOTHING. I will never go here again! Clearly it’s worth the extra drive to go to the Langley location.

I took my kids for an ice cream treat one evening last week. I ordered the banana split and it was tasty. My kids ordered blizzards, and we got a french fry to share. The cost has gone up as it was over 30 dollars for ice cream and French fries. We ordered in, and every single table was dirty. I had to wipe a table down so we could sit and eat. There was a staff on break sitting in the lobby, which I had no issues with, but every table was dirty. Cleaning needs to be a priority if customers are doing the cleaning. Having said all this, I enjoyed my banana spit, and my kids enjoyed their treats.and we will mostly be back.

I have ordered 5 times I always order the same thing a royal Oreo and a chocolate brownie extreme I never have fudge or toppings I just get plain ice cream. I’ve complained in person I’ve complained over the phone they hung up on me and refused to make it right or give me my money back. This location is by far the worst in Surrey I’d rather have a Wendy’s frosty than this crap. And to top it all off the manger is never there to make sure the employees are doing there job right

This stand-alone location with a drive-in is still great. The ice cream cones or sundaes were better that the Blizzard, on most recent visit. Two regular blizzards cost is nuts and were a little watery. Leaving my previous words... for hot food surprisingly good and because word gets around, someone said, "try the fudge stuffed cookie". Was excellent with layers of flavors, great dessert, for a reasonable cost. The cookie inside was hot and good, both at the same time.
Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Bought a box of buster bars and a dipped cone. Ice cream is very icy, not creamy, buster bars had less than a teaspoon of fudge inside at the bottom. No fudge in the middle or on the top. Thought it could be just one in the.box of 6, but nope, all were old stale and lacked the fudge inside. The peanuts were old and stale, also very few. The chocolate on the dipped cone was waxy and tasteless. None of these products were of the Dairy Queen quality from other stores. I suspect they are somehow using inferior product or tampering with the Dairy Queen recipes. I would not even attempt to order burgers from this place.

Great customer service!!! Lucky the manager took care of me after Uber eats refused to refund me 110$ for food which I cancelled 30 seconds after placing the order. Uber would not refund me stating the store had made the food, but they did not, Lucky, even told Uber to refund me and they refused, lucky then went ahead and made me the food a few days later after trying to battle with Uber on my behalf,, she went well out of her way to help me with this situation when she didn’t have to at all, thank you

Cheap owners lose customers!
went to grab my kid an ice cream cake for his birthday. I grabbed a couple of cheese burgers and asked for extra pickles….they changed my 50 cents a burger…it was only a buck but the fact that after spending $60 there that day, they could be so petty…that was disappointing. Good thing I didn’t want extra ketchup…might have started to get expensive!

Location is already closed at 11:05pm despite the ‘Open’ sign being lit and business hours sign saying that the location is open until 11:30pm
