I ordered one wrap, blizzard and shake but didn't get my wrap and when I called they were not so supportive and were so chill as if they knew it already and didn't make the wrap and told me to just contact doordash . It was very disappointing as dairy queen was my favorite place but now I'm not sure about it.

The people working there just reheat the patties which they make in bulk and give it in burger. The burger tastes dry and not what you expect at a DQ.

Varinder went out of his way to make sure my daughters cake could still be made as the location unfortunately had to close temporarily due to a burst water main. He got another location to make the cake and I had a very happy little girl. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

I placed a cake preorder several days in advance, and when I arrived on the scheduled pickup day, I found the store unexpectedly closed due to a water leak. While I understand that emergencies happen, it’s disappointing that no one from the location contacted me to inform me of the closure—especially considering this was a personalized order. Unfortunately, this left me without a cake for my event, and reflects poorly on the level of customer service at this location.
Went with family. Ordered a couple of things, including grilled chicken sandwich. Chicken's upper layer was so dry that it literally removed it to eat. Both washrooms are still not working (someone advised in at least a month old review)

That was really awesome bacon 🥓 😋 on the burger. Really good fries 🍟. The char-grilled patties were very tasty. My only complaint is the fact that both of their washrooms were closed.
