I was just happy to be getting a sundae at this DQ location. I waited patiently in line, and when it was my turn to order, I was met with a very rude and disrespectful lady. I ordered politely but received yelling in response. I asked for my sundae, and the lady asked me, “What ice cream?” Like a normal Canadian citizen who is fluent in English, I replied, “A sundae, please.” The lady got mad and rephrased her question in a rude manner: “NO, WHAT FLAVOUR?”
Sorry that I just want to order an ice cream, but there was no need for her to give me animosity, especially when i’ve experienced working in customer service I chose to look past her tone because I just wanted my ice cream, so I asked what flavours were available. I chose one of the flavours SHE MENTIONED, but then she got mad at me again for choosing a flavour that was not available. My apologies again, lady—I should’ve been paying more attention.
In the end, I received a caramel sundae, if you could even call it that. Overall, terrible service and food. Do not come here, or else you will meet the angry DQ worker.

The experience was really bad. When I bought ice cream, I didn't understand the cashier’s question about how to pay. After I answered yes, the other boy working here laughed at my stupidity. He thought it was funny. His name is Charity. It was so bad to have this experience here, I won’t come here anymore.

It was a strawberry pineapple lemonade, the drink was bitter so I went to complain and the guy working there was sweet enough to change my drink to a mango pineapple juice, didnt taste anything like authentic juice but a thick textured artifical sugary mango drink

They are scammers. They made me take a survey to give me free ice cream, but when I completed it, they said it did not work even though it did because they did not want to give me free ice cream. Do not do the survey they make you do it but then tell you it didn’t work so they can get free recognition, even though there is no reward. Do better!

Bought a small avocado mango smoothie for $9 and it tasted off so I asked them and they endured me all ingredients were fresh. So I asked for a pump of sugar so it was re blended but a manager or someone else came to tell me that's ok this time, but not next time because they now have to sanitize the blender. So I said "don't you always use a clean blender?" And then she blamed it on Covid. Lmao!
Very long wait. Way too expensive. Products taste stale. Ice cream cake was $50 and when I got home I realized it was way past expiry date.

Just an awareness! DQ Answers to my cleanliness concern: DQC does not have requirements regarding wearing any type of gloves by employees during food production!!! It’s your choice. My observation for my apple juice wasn’t good today.

Clarified order with girl with gold chains 3 times, she still managed to mess it up and instead of giving us what we ordered she wanted us to pay for her mistake , avoid if you can
