Service was fine considering there was only one person running the place but you should have more people running a made to order store

DO NOT COME HERE they don’t use gloves well making ur orders and the workers are EXTREMELY rude n disrespectful

It is probably THE. WORST Dairy Queen. They never do the swirl correctly, but the main issue is the customer service specially from the two guys (I am not sure if they are the managers or what) but you can not talk to people like that LET ALONE CUSTOMERS. Never had a bad experience at a DQ until I came to this location. DQ should re train the people here.

I visited here on Thursday evening a girl name yashika is behaving nonsense I ordered pinacolado she added too much sugar in it and when i ask for details of this drink she was just giving bad expressions and laughing with the colleague unnecessarily.

Terrible staff, terrible shape of the icecream. Wasted $7 bucks. Staff shouldn’t hoard jobs if they won’t respectfully do them. They weren’t even attentive and just ignorant to the point of waiting and hoping the customer goes away.

Very poor staff!!! Few days ago I went there to order a shake but she was charging me for extra topping although i did not asked for extra then I denied to pay for that extra topping! She left the counter and said I can’t do that you have to pay for it!! Her name is ‘ HARJOT’ she was really rude and when I asked about manager she aggressively said should I gave you his contact?
Which was really disrespectful, she don’t know how to talk politely with customers.
They don’t have any fear of losing their job.

I went there on 23july, i ordered one large strawberry banana julius. There was one turban guy who served me i guess his name is harpinder. He made drink fast but it tasted like water when i asked him to remake it he got angry and started using abusive that really rude of him. Company should change the manager.

Really sad to see that over 30 mins before closing they would only serve ice creams. While I understand the need to clean the machines and everything else, the service should be given until the closing time.

Great for a quick snack or drink while at the mall. Strawberry Banana Julius is my go to after a long day at work!

These girls don’t understand of the customer order,on yesterday I ordered chocolates ice for my little son,they gave me vanilla and I explained them my son doesn’t like vanilla,they told me that we have only vanilla ice cream,not chocolate,but I said them you should explain to the customer,now my son not eating,they just selling their stuff but nothing know what they have and what they don’t have.

Everytime I come to this Dairy Queen the service is trash and they have no skills can't even make a ice cream staff is not trained and that falls under poor management
