This DQ had slow service and poor product quality. The Blizzard was too thin and runny, practically water, and lacked any toppings or mix-ins, making it look completely plain.The server wearing glasses flipped it, but this was meaningless, the ice cream clearly failed the quality test and was served incorrectly.
Great service from Nancy at DQ Surrey Mall! She’s always so kind and professional. Makes the experience so much better every time I stop by.
The boys working there suck at their jobs for one reason: they DON’T KNOW how to be respectful, polite, or courteous!
Their customer service was not acceptable here in Canada, and they need to learn not only how to talk to a customer, but how to speak to people in general.

My brownie was cold out of the fridge. I asked the server if it was not warmed up like every other DQ does it. She says that the brownie does not come warm that is room temperature I touched the brownie. It’s freezing cause I saw her take it out of the fridge and put it into the cup. This completely ruined the combination Of a warm, brownie and ice cream

It is probably THE. WORST Dairy Queen. They never do the swirl correctly, but the main issue is the customer service specially from the two guys (I am not sure if they are the managers or what) but you can not talk to people like that LET ALONE CUSTOMERS. Never had a bad experience at a DQ until I came to this location. DQ should re train the people here.

I visited here on Thursday evening a girl name yashika is behaving nonsense I ordered pinacolado she added too much sugar in it and when i ask for details of this drink she was just giving bad expressions and laughing with the colleague unnecessarily.
