Absolutely the most unpleasant phone call. I called Dhaba Dosa simply asking for suggestions. When I asked how a specific item tastes, he only said “yes, it’s good.” So I asked if it’s really good or if he would recommend something else. His reply was, “If it’s not good why would I say it’s good. I don’t know how to answer this question.” The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
This person also claimed to be the manager, yet he kept sighing, asking me to repeat myself, and seemed totally disinterested in helping with a potential bulk order. Is this really your manager? Because this is not how a customer should be treated. Never ordering again.

We recently ordered biryani, and the food was good. However, I wanted to share a small suggestion regarding the packaging. The boxes were not properly sealed, and for takeout orders, it would be much better if they were securely packed and sealed to avoid any spillage or tampering during transport. It also creates a better impression when the food is tightly sealed and neatly presented. It would be great if you could make sure the packages are properly sealed and labeled before sending them out. Thank you for the food and for considering this feedback!

This takeout place is a nightmare to get in touch with. Their number is unreachable and unable to get any updates on the order. You are left waiting outside ringing the bell and no one answers. It took 30mins to prepare a glass of pre-prepared small glass of mango lassi in a takeout ready container and it was not worth the price, especially for a cloud kitchen where there are no other costs - more expensive than a regular service restaurant.

SO UPSET. FIRE HAS DESTROYED RESTAURANT. WRITTEN 11 MONTHS AGO-Amazing service by a sweet girl Manjot. The lunch special Masala Dosa $12.99, came with so much food(dosa, soup,sides,dessert), I could only eat half. Delicious. It has been recently beautifully redecorated and the addition of a robot serving your meals is so cool. Highly recommend this affordable delicious restaurant.

We went on last Tuesday (June 3, 2025). Food was worst than ever at this location. Everything is undercooked and tasted worst here. we had to send food back to them twice. Chicken lollipop and cauliflower bites is raw and just batter is cooked and lots of vinegar in their food. Totally disappointed.
