If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered a cake for my niece’s second birthday, specifically asking for chocolate. What we got instead was some sort of cookies-and-cream flavor — and the worst part wasn’t even the wrong flavor, it was that the cake was unbearably salty.
When my sister called to let them know, she expected at least some professionalism. Instead, she was met with rudeness and blame. They actually suggested that the person who picked up the cake might have done something to it. Her husband picked it up — and unless he has a way to magically put salt into the middle of a cake, that excuse makes no sense.
I understand mistakes happen, but how a business handles feedback says everything. Dismissing and insulting your customers is a fast track to losing them. I won’t ever be ordering from here again.

I wish I could give them a zero stars, I ordered cake for my daughter's second birthday and the flavor I requested was chocolate, the flavor they sent was cookies and cream type, but the worst part is that it was too salty and everyone at the party told me the cake was too salty. I called them up to share the feedback and not only were they unprofessional, they were extremely rude and even blamed us that the person who picked up might have done something to the cake. I told them my husband picked up and how can a person add salt to the inside of cake even if they wanted to. Mistakes happen and that's alright. A client has the right to share the feedback even if it is negative. However, as a business if this is how you behave with your clients, you will definitely pay the price long term. Never going back to them.

I was late their closing time is 7 pm, I didn’t know about that, I’m there at 7 pm, they are going to close but still they attend us, & the gurh cookies are amazing, we also buy some jam rolls & a mango cake, that cake is so delicious, i want to buy it again, I’m going to be a regular customer now that’s I’m pretty sure, everyone else in the party loves the cakes

I picked up my daughter’s graduation cake from here on thursday and the girl at the front was super sweet, she made the cake with so much love and effort. Honestly overall she was such a sweet person I wish I got her name. Most definitely recommend this place!
ANMOL was very helpful reliable and he opened the store early for morning pick up our cupcakes for Gurduwara Sahib. We really appreciated his service🙏
