Run-down area since it’s located in Surrey. The restaurant itself is small, with about 5 or 6 tables—nothing fancy. It’s run by just two people, so it took around 45 to 60 minutes to get our food. I ordered the jerk chicken; the chicken was flavorful and paired well with the bean rice. I was glad the salad came with plenty of vinaigrette. I also enjoyed the sweet fried donut (not sure of the exact name). A little pricey for a Surrey spot, but worth trying at least once.

We went to the restaurant around 8 p.m. yesterday and ordered curry goat and jerk chicken. The portions were big.
My husband said the curry goat was alright, but unfortunately, the jerk chicken was oversalted, and I couldn’t enjoy the food at all.

The Chicken Roti was delicious! But the salad was sad and the three Pattie’s I bought were hard like they’d been sitting in there allllll day! I tried to call them and got no answer. Disappointed patron!

I got myself the chicken roti. My girlfriend got the goat meal, and it is 100% 5 star.

Don't know what happened I heard it's under new management. I had the chicken roti. It was dry and hard no salt. The curry chicken was really good though. I'm very disappointed 😞. Hopefully they can fix it.

First time there, I got 2 large goat roti for $50.
The portions were soo small, that it actually looked like a small Take-out. There was literally 5 pieces of goat that had bone still on it. The bones were bigger than the meat itself. I know the roti was getting old because it had some hardness to some of the edges of it.
People must like getting ripped off if they say it's a good place to eat.
The place was dark and gloomy. Not an ideal Caribbean spot to go to!!

I've been here twice. The first time, google told me they had goat roti, so I went. The woman at the counter said they don't have roti, which was strange because it was on the menu on the wall.

I figured, must be a miscommunication. Let me try again. Met a very nice lady at the cash this time. However, no goat, no lamb, only chicken. I was about to ask for the ox tail meal but opted for the chicken roti.

Next odd thing, only takeout, as it was almost 6 pm, and they won't allow anyone to dine in because they close at 7. And the weirdness continues.

Now, after my first bite, I realized that they can afford to be eccentric! This is absolutely delicious! Yes, i will go back and try my luck with lamb or goat roti. I've driven by this place so many times, but I didn't realize there was a hidden treasure here! It's expensive, but worth it.

Amazing jerk chicken and beef patties. The jerk chicken was so juicy and fell off the bone. The jerk chicken sauce is incredible for dipping. Perfect amount of heat and spice.

I first tried this restaurant at a catered event. The catering was excellent. 10/10. Jerk chicken was flavourful, moist, and saucy.
Our restaurant visit left a lot to be desired. Hours listed say opens 12 onn Wednesday but it actually opened at 12:30, for takeout only. Service was unfortunate, food was ok. The portion size is generous but the flavours weren't all we'd hoped for. The oxtail was more like a veggie soup with some oxtail pieces. The jerk chicken wasn't at all the same as the catered version. One hit, one miss. Third time's the charm? Maybe we went on an off day.

So it's been a while since I was here, and this is muh first review......been here a few times before the pandemic.

I ordered the Oxtail and boy oh boy was it delicious...spiced just right with the perfect balance of heat. It came red beans and rice, mac salad, some fresh sliced veggies and a slice of a sweet banana/blueberry bread. Everything looked delicious and tasted amazingly well.

My dad ordered the fried fish (Friday to Weekend ONLY) option. The fish was topped with onoins and shredded carrots as well some tomatoe sause to top it off
His came the same red beans and rice with macaroni salad and some fresh sliced veggies. As well as some hush Jamaican hush puppies. He was wonderfully surprised. It had the perfect balance of heat and spice was just perfect for him.....he's a senior..!

The service was prompt, was busy but had no issues with our food or any other service issues!

We've been coming here for over 10 year's. And something has changed. The oxtail isn't the same, they changed the beef patties. Server forgot our drink's, and made them wrong! An island breeze does not have tequila in it. Forgot our beef patties. Food was edible, but not enjoyable. We won't be back.

We went there when it opened and the oxtail and goat curry wasn't ready yet. They didn't have any more plantains either. So we ordered the jerk chicken and curry chicken with a spicy beef patty. The food was delicious and the rice and peas were so good. The patty was the best I've ever eaten. I'll go back next time to get the other stuff not available and probly go later in the day to make sure it's all available. This will be my go to jamaican fix now.

I got my food it looked uncooked. I brought it back she was being rude. I didn’t appreciate that. Also the time that they say they open they aren’t and they all have attitudes which is very disgusting. 0/10 would never go again don’t go unless you want to cry

I’ve ordered in here a couple times and most recently ordered the jerk chicken entree through Door Dash delivery and it was so delicious! The portions are fantastic for the price and the quality of the food is always consistent. Grateful to have an authentic Jamaican spot nearby!
