Ordered a large to go order. None of the rice is cooked. It’s half cooked rice. This is embarrassing. Two times things went wrong with this place.

The food is amazing! I ordered a spinach pie with salad and their falafel. I have ordered from here many times and never been dissapointed.
I came in today and I am not satisfied with my order. I have ordered from here a few times, and order the chicken platter and my rice is always uncooked. I told the worker to make sure my rice is fully cooked as my meal was for my iftari as I was fasting today despite this my rice was still undercooked. Funny my potatoes were also undercooked as well. I would not come back as this is something that always happens. Both my mother and I shared a plate and we also have tummy aches because of the food! Very upset!! Not only this, I tried ordering from the website and it crashed and noticed a price difference when ordering in person and when ordering direct from the dinehall website and no there was no discount on the site! I also found it strange that I couldn't place an order on call and had to come in person! Other then this the portion size is really big for the price but disappointed as the food is always undercooked. The staff were friendly and tried to make sure my order went smooth.

This restaurant is a figurative diamond in the rough. Unlike most places specializing in 'Mediterranian or 'middle eastern' cuisine this restaurant stands alone, at least in terms of it's delivery orders through Doordash and UberEats. I've only ordered the " Beef Donair Platter" so far, simply because there is no need to try anything else. Unlike most Donair places, the beef tastes like it has been grilled or fried, unlike the usual donair places "stick a frozen skewer on the roterisserie and call it good" method. The beef tastes like a delicious steak and the dish is loaded to the point that you have to use two hands to catch it with not only the delicious beef, but also mounds of parboiled rice (my all-time favourite) and is topped with a massive and generoius portion of both tsatziki and garlic sauce. I am never even close to hungry after eating a portion of their donair beef, and in fact share it with my dog to the point she 'passes out' from protein overload and goes and curls up on her pillows. In a nutshell, I cannot recommend a donair place highly enough. I think I forgot to mention their prices, which are very reasonable. The 'Beef Donair Platter' I regularly order from the place comes to a rootin' tootin' $12.99, more then reasonable considering the amount of food you get. I hope this place starts getting more business, because it DAMN well deserves it!
