I recently ordered 4 pizzas from Domino’s and was quite disappointed. The dough was thick and seemed to outweigh the actual toppings on all the pizzas, making them feel unbalanced and bland. One of the pizzas was also overcooked, and the meat on top was burnt, which really affected the taste.

I’ve always been a regular customer at this Domino’s, especially since I live in the same building. I usually order their pepperoni pizza and never had issues. Yesterday, I picked up two pizzas and was absolutely disgusted to find a big hair in one of them. It completely ruined my appetite and honestly, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. I’m extremely disappointed. I always believed they followed proper hygiene practices, but this experience proved otherwise. As someone who has supported them regularly, I expected so much better. This really shook my trust.

Yesterday around 6pm, I visited your location to grab a pizza. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the lack of hygiene practices among the staff. The girl handling the dough also took payments, and I didn't see her wash her hands afterward. She just went back to working with the food without sanitizing her hands. Additionally, I'm concerned about the jewelry she was wearing, as it came into contact with the food. After witnessing this, I won't be returning. Please prioritize your customers' health and safety!!!
