Tried using a coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza through online delivery but it kept giving me an error that said “if this error persists please contact the store”
I live right next to the dominoes so I just walked over (2 minute walk) and asked for help. And was told that it’s a ‘online order’ exclusive coupon so I can’t use it in store. Had a back and forth trying to explain my situation to the employee who was nice and said she would ask the manager. She came back like 8 minutes later and said I would need to refresh the page or try on a computer. At this point I’m literally in the store and only have my phone so this didn’t help, so I just left. Time wasted, useless manager. I don’t see why they couldn’t have came out and just taken my order and applied the coupon in store? I literally had the error on my phone screen.
I just ordered pizza from elsewhere, annoyed enough that I wanted to write a review.

We are frequent customers of Domino’s pizza and ordered over the weekend. Ordered boneless wings and received these smallest portion, not to mention those two pieces of crisps??.. is that supposed to count as a piece of chicken??

The staff at the dominos on Whalley BLVD in surrey are super great they fix any and all mistakes promptly with a smile they were so kind and considerate about me and my crazy dog they brought my food and the debit terminal right out to us so I didnt have to leave her alone and I totally appreciate it they make litterally the best cheese bread I have ever had at this location as well as the pizza is on point. Thanks for the best service and keep up the great work everyone

Very tasty Alfredo sauce!! And the cheesy stuffed bread was fantastic, perfect amount of cheese. I just wish that I ordered the parmesean bites! Oh my gosh - honestly a very great meal! Even better is that it was under $30 including the delivery.

Pizzas were very good. Delivery was quick. And special kudos to our delivery driver. So nice and honest!! I accidentally gave him an extra $20 And didn't notice. He promptly came back as soon as he realized and returned it. Not too many honest people like that anymore.Thanks to him these guys will always get my service now!!

I recently ordered 4 pizzas from Domino’s and was quite disappointed. The dough was thick and seemed to outweigh the actual toppings on all the pizzas, making them feel unbalanced and bland. One of the pizzas was also overcooked, and the meat on top was burnt, which really affected the taste.
