I ordered online here just one large pizza and opted paying at store.Got order confirmation that order is ready and after getting to store it’s surprising that they haven’t started preparing my order!!!! Never experienced this kind of service,Also there was a pizza similar to my order which was wrongly prepared I believe. Ironically associate asked me if I can take that before preparing my order😡

I dont know why if this is happening to me only everytime i go to store for pickup pizza and ask them for sesonings still they forgot to put it on the pizza and for the delivery i ask for the sesonings and again they forgot everytime. I just have one question are you guys out of sesoning and all or its your policy if the customer ask for it just dont put it on , really happend all the time now i just changed the location for pick up and they are just awesome. Now i got to 152 hwy. 10 i suggest everyone to go and try there service they are just awesome.

Oct/2024: Well, they did it again - delivered a PERFECT pizza, I have only good things to say about my local Domino's, they've ironed out whatever little issues they had once in a while, in the last 10 months, every single pizza has been made to precise order, delivered hot by friendly staff people A-1, Domino's! ***** (2022)I had to average out the 'rating' number, pizzas are more often than not a '5', but now & then a '3' - the consistent factors are the deliciousness of the sauce, quality/freshness of the toppings and expeditious delivery. The times they get a '3' is when the sauce & toppings leave far too much bare crust all the way around (4cm last time) and the topping are really skimpy. The pizza I got a couple of weeks before that was outstanding, if I could've given it a '6' I would have - the sauce/toppings went right to the edge, nicely and evenly spread out. Bottom line? Fresh, quality toppings, great crust (especially the 'PAN' style), friendly/courteous delivery drivers and the same goes for the staff if you're phoning your order in. I haven't found a better pizza place in the Guildford area - and their Cheesy Bread is to die for!

Love the app and especially the constant coupons that Domino's has. The app is very easy to use and navigate. The pizza is very good and so far have only had 1 time where the pizza wasn't upto standards I believe. Fast delivery, pizza tracker, easy to use app.
