The staff are not trained to deal with customer concerns I order 2 medium pizzas and got deliver 2 tiny pizzas that have no proper crust it was crispy and even my dogs would not be able to chew if ! I spoke to some snotty girl that claimed she was the manager mind you this is what the other person that took my call said she was TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PLSCE IS NOT RUN OROOERLY AT ALL WAY TO GO TO GAIN CUSTOMER REVIEWS IN FAVOR OF THE STIRE ON 72 ave in Surrey … I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGSIN AND SUGGEST THST IF YOU WANT REALLY GOOD PIZZA GO TO FRESH SLICE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT DOMINOES PIZZA IN SURREY

This location is absolutely abysmal. We used to order from Dominos all the time, and the website would direct orders to the Hwy 10 location. They were amazing! This location, I can't even order Pizza from without being massively disappointing.
Every time we order, the pizza arrives with half the expected toppings and is usually dry. Last time I ordered a pizza, they uncharged me $4 for reducing the size! The chicken quality has dropped as it arrives with half the sauce and toppings, and usually tastes burnt! The pasta is insane, normally drowning in sauce, and they charge an additional $1 if you want 'extra' toppings. Considering they default to giving you half the amount to begin with, they are forcing me to pay more for the expected amount! It also doesn't help that this location doesn't carry some of our desired items, and after months they refuse to order them!
We have tried changing locations, but the website refuses to allow this. Many times our family will refuse to order from Domino's just because we know we will get horrible service from this location. Buyer beware, go anywhere else!

Placed an order for a large BBQ Chicken pizza. I ordered it with no vegetables. The pizza I revived was falling apart and had Vegetables on it.
Good and fast service always . And they do listen if there’s any problem with the food:- If its Cold or not tasting good . Good customer service. Would recommend.

Had the worst experience with this location today I ordered for delivery and looks like there was something on top of my order I called this location and I have explained to them an at first I was only offered 50% off from their staff I said no that’s not right I asked there staff 3-4 time if I could speak to the manager or anybody that’s in charge and I was told there off and I’m not going to waste my time to call them the next day. Not very Professional .
