We did not dine in but got delivery. When we got the food it was hot and fresh and very tasty. Pepperoni, mushroom and onions with extra cheese on a crispy thin crust. The crust was nice and crispy and not soft at all which was perfect. I very rarely have problems with any of the food and if there is an issue it gets fixed quickly. Two thumbs up!

Ordered a pizza from here with extra sauce and pineapples, called them back letting them know it was soggy and wet, sukh the manager on duty said it was soggy because of the toppings I added to which I said I order all the time and it’s never like this, she says her manager will contact me back and no one does. I call back and speak to her manager Daman who says she will give me a full cash refund for the pizza and I accept. The next day I get a call from another manager named Preet who said she handles customer issues. She states I never called them back and the credit is now held. I told her all the people I spoke to and She then asks me why did I lie ? I’m so confused as to what is going on as I told her what happened the issue is resolved I’m picking my money up tonight. Preet says I need to wait a couple days longer now until she is done her investigation and see what the outcome Is. When I ask her why she called me and spoke to me in this manner she says she is sorry but that does not take away from the fact dominos called me after a resolution was already in place to call me a liar and then when I say I’m coming to get my refund tonight to hang up the phone while I’m still talking.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU STOLE SOMETHING AFTER YOU PAID THEM FOR A PIZZA THAT SHOULD NOT BE WET AND SOGGY.

The Sullivan location has given us consistently good food and excellent service! I didn’t rate the atmosphere because we always get delivery. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star food rating is that occasionally the cheese is a light or the toppings are too far from the edge leaving too much crust. Never to the point of the pie being bad, just not 100% consistent. In all the years we’ve been ordering from here we had one order ever messed up. It took a quick phone call and they corrected our order immediately. Super impressed with the staff from this location.
