I was disappointed during my recent visit. While ordering food, I noticed that the staff members handling the food was not wearing gloves. In today’s environment, hygiene and proper food handling are basic expectations, and this raised serious concerns for me.

Years ago this was my go to place, NEVER AGAIN. I came here expecting the moist, saucy donair from my memory, WITH CHEESE. NOPE NOT WHAT I GOT. First bite all flavourless lettuce and dry wrap. Next bite dry meat from the warmer WITH NO FLAVOR, even though there was fresh meat on the rotisserie. Emptied it out and was SHOCKED... I paid EXTRA for cheese... WHERE'S THE CHEESE!? I got like a teaspoon of cheese. I took my kids to Wendy's, I should've just gone there 😒 This cost me 16 bucks 🤬

This place is my fav for good 10 yrs or more but today food is not great. Rice is soggy and chickpea hummus tastes different, less chickpea taste, ordered lamb platter.

The Guildford location is the absolute best location, with the sweetest owner who gives not only incredible customer service but consistently quality food. By far the best of all donair affairs.

Over charged me by almost $10, got 2 small donairs and charged me $32! No drinks either! when I confronted them after realizing they were very rude about it and knew what they did but just smiled and laughed talking about extra sauce?!? They asked if i wanted these things without telling me they charge an extra $5 for a squirt of some sauce. LIKE WHAT?!?!?! Such scammers. I used to come here all the time with my son but after the disrespect absolutely not, my son was with me too he was shocked as we used to come here all the time in the summer. Not to mention the food here is MID. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. ESPECIALLY AN OVERCHARGE. Beware!

Never try their baklava- it doesn’t have butter it’s drenched in terrible low quality oil . Bad food disgusting. Don’t recommend.
Moldy Pita bread, barely any meat. Those is not a very good location 😕 at all!!!

They don’t have their new King George Hub location on google but they did their grand opening not too long ago. We finally ordered from here and the chicken donair platter was excellent and all the ingredients were very fresh. The baklava was perfectly sweet and crispy. Great food and very clean shop.

My first time trying this place, I was worried that by the time I drove home my lettuce was going to be wilted but instead to my surprise all my ingredients we're still very fresh and my lettuce was crispy just the way I like it. Really good job thank you guys! We will eat here again
