I usually go on the Sunday evening .The food is very delicious and fast service by the girl who served mostly I recommended dishes Chicken Rice platter , Mayan Bowl and the chicken is totaly fresh.

Very bad customer service. I ordered two platters on Sunday, both of them were dry and made my stomach hurts, I tried calling them twice on the same day and next day but no one pick the call and when today I called them they pick the call and told me you should’ve come and n Sunday after driving 30mins. I just asked them it’s ok mistakes could happen if they could just replace my meals but the owner and manager is very stubborn. Very bad service.

I have had many donairs but this regular donair was bland. The chicken seemed low quality and didn’t taste like chicken. There was shredded lettuce which I’ve not had in a donair before. I remember my past donairs there being onion, cucumber, olives, and delicious sauce. But not on this donair. A few bites and I couldn’t finish it. I gave two stars because service was fine.

I had an amazing experience! The Mayan Lamb Wrap was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Jaspreet, the lady who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and hardworking. It was an outstanding experience overall!

Horrible experience. Indian lady serving me was emotionless. Within 20 seconds my donair was finished which was world record timing (maybe pre made?). I go to pay and my credit card doesn’t work, debit card doesn’t work (which both of them do). She’s looking at me like it’s my fault. I’m like uhhhh are you just not gonna say anything…or do I have to say it - your machine is busted. I tell my friend to try his card and his doesn’t work. I’m like yeah..like I told you…it’s your machine. She proceeds to ask me to go get cash. And that’s when we both walked out. Then I look at my bank account later and they charged my debit and credit card and then was on the phone with the bank for 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Nightmare experience, don’t go here, they probably deserve to go out of business.

This is my favourite store. I always come here - probably too often. Chicken platter for the win. I would sell my soul for the baklava. The employees are always wonderful. I give 0 starts for the atmosphere because everytime I came in last summer there was no air conditioning and it was so uncomfortable in there. I couldn't imagine being an employee next to those hot slabs. Hopefully that's changed. Will update.
Fleetwood location food has plummeted; was going weekly however the last few months the food is barely edible! I think the Chicken spits are just for show as the Chicken I have been receiving lately is tiny chunks; mixture of hard, crunchy small pieces & uncooked skin?…perhaps if go again will ask she slice it from the spit & not get out of the warming tray. The salad ingredients were also gross (Chicken Salad Platter) & not to mention that the girl has no personality at all!

Tried their rice and chicken with white sauce(Tazhini?) and it was really good. The ambience was pretty good as well. Wish the sizes were a little big as it did kinda leave me craving for more. Will be back again if I'm in the area again. It didn't look like they have good options for vegetarians other than the side order of fries and poutine which is coming soon and not available at the moment.

The food is really good. Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly, almost hostile. You could tell she didn't like her job, as the paper towels and toilet paper had run out in the bathroom. You kind of feel bad for the owners who have invested in an affordable good quality product and are let down by the people to whom they provide a paycheck.
