Not very often I order food from this store and never really had a bad experience until last night I ordered beef rice platter through Uber Eats and got a completely wrong order, I instead got a beef wrap initially I was like āoh okay thatās fine I guessā. Called the store to ask me a partial refund for what I paid (31$), the lady I talked to on the phone said they will give me the order if I want to come pick it up free of charge, I ordered my food through an app for a reason that I am sick and canāt go out. Was already disappointed that I didnāt get what I wanted Until I ate the wrap, the wrap doesnāt have anything in it! Doesnāt even have veggies & some kind of sauce. Itās dry & too salty. Lady on the phone said that the person made my order already left, so the girl was just too lazy & in a rush to get out the door so she thought giving me a completely wrong & disappointing order was okay. Uber gave me a refund but still disappointed in the service all in all.

Had an amazing experience at Donair Affaire! I was served by Gurleen, and she was absolutely super kind and accommodating. I ordered the lamb rice platter instead of the regular salad, and she went out of her way to make a different salad just for me ā really appreciated that personal touch. The portion size was generous, especially the rice and lamb, and honestly much better compared to other donair shops Iāve been to. The price is very competitive, the place is super clean, and the staff and atmosphere are great. Highly recommend this place ā definitely coming back again!
