This was the best ice cream I've ever had, period. Pricey, unfortunately, so it will have to be a special occasion visit.Unfortunately, on our second visit 3 weeks later, the experience was disappointing. I raved so much about the " Milk Chocolate Toffee Chip " to my wife. We both ordered it this time. There was barely any almond butter crunch in both our orders. I'm not sure if this is the norm or if I lucked out on our first visit. Regardless, you're paying a premium, and I would expect the first visit to be the norm.We may give this place another chance down the road. Maybe the owner can reply to this inconsistency on our visits because the first visit was awesome!

Absolutely horrible wait time. The worker does not care whatsoever about the customer and their life, as half an hour was spent just to scoop an ice cream out of a bucket. It’s ridiculous how no one is taking regard to the lack of efficiency. Save your time and go to McDonald’s drive thru.

We have been here a couple of times and we all like their ice cream but their service dampens it every time. The staff seem to be uninterested and sometimes just annoyed to be there. The other shops in the city have a very happy vibe with chirpy and friendly employees which elevates the experience, making you feel like you are doing something fun, like getting ice cream but that is not the atmosphere here.5 stars for good ice cream and minus 1 for the sad energy.
