This place could use a bit of an update. Friendly staff and pretty good food. I'll be back for sure.

Used to go here for regular Tuesday trivia, but management seemed to hate a busy night of business. They did everything they could to drive regular weekly customers away. Must be a new business technique they teach in only the most elite institutions. Too bad, as it would have been perfect for the new 6-person table, close by 10pm restrictions. This place just doesn't offer enough to attract customers without an event like that.Last time I saw, the doors are shuttered. Some say there's still a manager up in the attic making plans to drive away future customers in case they reopen!

Edith and Arthur's now not only permanently closed, entire place is up for sale. (Not surprised). While a very good pub and local hangout when it was the Fleetwood Arms, once taken over by the "Joseph Richard's Group" it went to hell. Mediocre food at regular(read: "High") prices. Poor service. But the worst part was the mismanagement. This all makes sense as this a group out of Alberta. Local laws dictated that they couldn't open a beer and wine store (Liquor Barn - now local half a block away at the local plaza), without opening a pub - Fleetwood Arms becomes Edith and Arthur's, a high schoolers attempt at ingratiating the local populace. They didn't give a fiddlers fig about the bar (hence the cobwebs on the window sills for more than half a year. The very same (used) band-aid on the floor of the patio for more than four weeks. The real money is in the Beer and Wine stores. I wish you could hear the stories from staff at both sites. A very sad story. Even sorrier business model. (It may (will) make them more money, but it's the kind of business practice right out of the Donald Trump handbook. Good riddance.

First venture to a pub since pandemic. Everything was perfect! Impeccable service as always and food was great.

Have to say, I love this place midCovid ... Quiet, good service .... Hope they can survive this period!

What happened to this place? Their food menu used to be very good quality food and the last time I ate there everything had changed. Their menu is different and everything is $8. The meal I had was 100% microwaved. It was awful. I could have made a better meal from a frozen dinner. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the only thing they still have going for them is the location and restaurant vibe (fireplace and dark wood all over). I hope they realize they had a good thing going and messed it all up now... Time to bring the old Edith back!

Ubereats messed up our order so we called the restaurant. They happily delivered the missed item on their own after they could not get in contact with Ubereats. They went above and beyond and even gave us an extra dessert. Big thanks to the GM and staff.

Was really great food and they have made the place social distance friendly and the server had a mask everything was great!

Had my cousin's birthday party here. Staff was awesome, and the $7.95 menu was excellent! Pumped her full of Red Dragons all night. Everyone had a blast. Thanks Edith + Arthur!

Best bang for your buck. I was astonished to see everything on the food menu was $7.95! Everything I've tried so far has been good, but I recommend wings, poutine, and a couple draft beers. Beats scheduled wing nights at other pubs any day.

Good place to go for inexpensive meal. All items on menu are no more then $8. Food is pretty good. Portions are just right.

Cozy pub atmosphere with cheerful, hardworking staff. The menu is inexpensive and so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. Lots of fundraisers here and it is possible to reserve a table.

Kind of disappointed. The burger was dry and bland. My mom's meal was wrong but the server never returned to ask how things were, so we were unable to correct it. Fortunately, her meal was comped on the bill.
