I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Bowl and asked for extra teriyaki sauce. This sauce was watered down, maybe to make it stretch further. It sure was not the dark brown color and thick like it should be. The chicken was more like a shredded chicken and overcooked. And I received very little rice. It sure was not worth the 19.00 I paid for it. The best part of the whole meal was the spring rolls.

Edo is one of the good stalls in the Guilford shopping mall. Ordered the beef and chicken bento with cali roll and gyoza.
They grill your order in front of you but I found they overcooked the beef as it was too tough. Pretty typical for food court level food.

My first experience with Edo Japan is so bad. I ordered Teriyaki chicken noodles. Server asked me the spice level, I said make it spicy. When I was served, one cook put steamed noodles and vegetables in the box. Second cook sautéed some shredded chicken on the griddle and added on top of the noodles. No spices, seasoning and no sautéed together. He just added some teriyaki sauce on the top. When I asked him for spicy noodles, he gave a sauce bottle. I was expecting a proper stir fry noodles. This was assembled dish which lacked the taste. Wasted my money.
