Called the store to place an order, they told me that they were too busy right now to deliver. No problem. I figured I would order through doordash since that solves the problem of them not needing to deliver it, doordash, immediately charges my card for $140 then the restaurant one by one goes through. Each item claims it's out of stock and cancels my order, now doordash has refunded my order. However, it will take five to seven business days for the money to come back.

I had a wonderful experience at Elvis Pizza. The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the care that goes into their food. I also tried their choco lava cake, and it was just as impressive, the perfect sweet finish to the meal.
The service was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Elvis Pizza to anyone looking for great food and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered Alfredo chicken pani pasta from this place last week. Unfortunately, it tasted very strange, and the chicken was raw and not cooked properly.
I have ordered from this restaurant before and the food was good. However, this time the quality was very poor. I believe the ownership may have changed, because the food standard is no longer the same.
After eating the food, I started having stomach pain and loose motion. I called the restaurant and informed them about the issue.

Ordered a couple large pizzas as usual..... they weren't the pizzas we have been treated too for years ... less toppings, less flavor, not the same crust and not delivered piping hot ..... I phoned & found that they are the new owners.... so dissapointed ...a Big Loss to Surrey .... you were the best ever for years & years... sorry that you've sold .... loved it while it lasted. Since posting this, Elvis Pizza had called me back and asked if they could win me back as a customer, by offering me a free pizza next time I feel like a pizza. They had asked what the differences were from the former Elvis owners. I told them their crust was not the same beautiful crisp and fluffy crust. Theirs was tasteless, like cardboard. The OG Elvis sauce was rich but not overly spicy, their toppings were sumptuously generous & flavorful ...and no matter how long it took for delivery ...it always came piping hot ... not mediocre warm. So I agreed to give them a second chance.. Thank you for calling and asking how to make it better. Looking forward to an amazing pizza experience down the road

The staff had friendly behaviour and made the experience pleasant. I ordered the Super Elvis Special pizza. The Super Elvis Special was very stuffed, which I really liked, and full of flavor. The pizza tasted fresh and good. Overall, it was a satisfying meal and a nice place to enjoy pizza.
This place was recommended to us so since we were in Surrey today we decided to try it. I'm not impressed. On one pizza we ordered no tomato & they threw huge amounts of tomato on it. Not little pieces either...massive chunks. The second pizza the toppings were stuck to the lid of the box. I'm big on first impressions & this place failed.

Absolutely gross hideous pizza. Ordered a medium ham and pineapple came to over $30 which is ridiculous for Ham, pineapple, or a medium. It was disgusting the taste the flavor, the meat didn’t taste fresh or quality, the cheese was nasty. Will never order from here again.

Ordered delivery today from doordash and got an EMAIL saying they’d changed my order from alfredo pasta with chicken to spaghetti with beef sauce. I’m sorry you did what? My phone number was on the order why would you not call a customer and ask if a change was ok? How do you know it wasn’t a food allergy that made us order chicken with white sauce? Tomato allergy? Against our beliefs to eat beef or a health issue. You don’t get to change an order to whatever you “feel” like making or due to shortages. How you treat your customers makes or breaks your business. This was my first attempt at trying your food and after this experience, my last. If I could give you zero stars, I would.
