Food is great, always yummy. However, why does it always take so long ? Last time I got 2 burgers my order took 30 mins to make.
I am not sure if they are understaffed or just need more training.
The one girl seemed to be doing everything, and the guy working alongside her barley knew how to give someone a to go order. This girl deserves a raise.

The vegan options were actually very delicious, I can't wait to go back for another vegan burger! The curly fries were extremely salty though, I would not get those again, even family members with high salt tolerance had complaints. The regular fries were just fine and reheated super well at home in the air fryer.
Food and atmosphere is good but customer service is not up to the mark. I felt that they are not listening to your order properly.

Legit great experience. Solid burgers and fries, onion rings and two shakes tried. Cleanest bathrooms we’ve seen at a quick serve chain restaurant in Canada. Strong recommend!

Was behilnd a slow eldely person ordering and having difficulty with their payment , the cook asked for my order before this fellow had paid ..so that i would not be waiting longer .
