This used to be one of the best burgers. It's expensive but it was worth it I got takeout there last night and it was inedible. The meat has no taste andIt was sinewy and chewy. Very unpleasant. Not sure what they're doing.

Sunday around noon on a nice day in January the place had a few patrons. Very clean, music and friendly staff.The cheese and mushroom burgers were delicious, but the Hawaiian was amazing! It’s a large patty, swiss cheese, grilled slice of pineapple, maple smoked bacon, sweet Teriyaki sauce and a soft bun. Mmmmm. The drink, fries, gravy were good also.I am looking forward to trying breakfast at FatBurger one day.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for Wheelchairs and tables have removable chairs.

By the time I arrived here, they had a table waiting on their food. My order to go and instead of completing my orders.They are just standing and chatting and many orders coming in. Your at work regardless you own your business. Take care of your customers first rather than keeping them waiting. Not coming back here 5 guys remain my favorite

I never leave reviews for places I visit but my experience here left such an impression I decided to do so.On November 26th, at 8:20 I came in to get some dinner with a friend. The lady that was working at the register was very unfriendly and obviously in a hurry to get out of the restaurant. She was very insistent on us getting takeout even though I was originally wanting to eat in, it was very cold outside and I did not want to eat in my car. I didn’t know what time the restaurant closed and I was told they were closing in 15 minutes so I decided to do takeout as she had asked. I didn’t want to be intrusive…We got our food and asked for extra ketchup, to which she seemed very annoyed and antagonistic when getting it for us. We ate at the bench outside the restaurant and finished our meal at around 8:45, we had learned that the restaurant closed at 9, and not 15 minutes after 8:20 as she said. We Came back in and dropped off our food, and she stared and again was generally unfriendly.I love fatburger and always come to eat at this location. I’m a server myself as well and I can understand the frustrations and issues the staff have to deal with. But that experience and interaction was completely and utterly unacceptable and I do hope something is done about it.

If I could give it, no stars, I would. I got the six wings. They were so skimpy and a milkshake 17 bucks it was a total rip off.
If this location was my first experience with Fatburger, I would probably never come backThe burger was bitter for some reason the staff was unfriendly and the atmosphere depressing with rust on the ceiling.I will never come back to this location I would rather drive half an hour to Guilford Surrey which is one of the best locations.Also, there was no proper wheelchair access

Ordered breakfast this morning (as it's been quite a hectic morning), and thought I'd get something good... something tasty, finished off and topped with a fresh, delicious hot coffee to kick the day into a high gear. Nothing like that to start a morning on a positive track. That was my first mistake.Note: I ordered through the UberEats app.I ordered a Breakfast BLT meal, advertised as coming with hash browns and a coffee. I never received a coffee but was given a can of coke instead. No inquiry, ask, or heads-up from location. A coke == a coffee. I was not pleased as this was a primary reason for ordering. If you advertise coffee and don't have it, please let your customers know or take it off the menu entirely. Do not advertise what you aren't selling or be honest and make corrections as required. Please. Major points off for dishonesty and lack of service from me. The hashbrowns, the first item for me to try, were fried right. Very tasty, salted and seasoned to a nice degree. No complaints; they were actually very good. I ate them all, voraciously because....As for the breakfast BLT.. Where was the flavour? All I could taste was bread, and a tiny blip on the radar of bacon, with lots of watery lettuce 'flavour'. I was very confused. For a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, egg, cheddar, mayo, and maple bacon, I sure tasted a lot of bread and lettuce with no salt or anything else. Very bland, not seasoned at all. Very disappointing and miserable tbh. Sorry to say :(I'm shocked. I've had Fatburger breakfast before and loved it. Keyword: BEFORE.In summary: I didn't drink the coke as I don't want a soda to start my day, i wanted coffee hence why it was ordered. I devoured the hashbrowns as they were the only enjoyable part of the meal I felt like eating, and the sandwich looked 'okay' on the surface but tasted poorly overall. Sadly, tossed. Wasted calories and not worth the money at all.No point for food pics this time around as they would only be deceiving, and the potatoes are all gone since I waited forever for delivery. I was hungry.Sorry, Team, I won't be back.

The food here is stellar. The wings are ridiculously tasty and the size of the burger was impressive. It was a little costly, but it's hard to really gauge with inflation these days. I felt like the burger was a great value, the wings, not great, but the taste made up for the price, so I can't really complain.The fries are good too. I'm pretty picky about my fries and these ones are still good after a 15 min car ride home, which I can't say about very many places.The staff was really pleasant and accommodating as well - they look like they enjoy their jobs, which is a rare sight these days. I will be back, thanks again!Parking: This complex absolutely sucks for parking. There are not a lot of stalls and the stalls feel a lot slimmer than they should be. There are a lot of great places in this plaza and parking is a constant headache.
